The room was modern and impeccably clean. The hotel surroundings were very clean as well and provided areas for pets. The staff was wonderful - friendly, eager to help, and loved my dog. The amenities included water to refill bottles, an easy to use and relatively inexpensive laundry room, a clean pool and gym. Breakfast quiches were delicious and fresh.

Nice room with kitchen just bed was a little to firm

We are a family of 3. (2adults and 1 teenager) We booked a standard king room. The room layout for perfect for the amount of space. The bed was comfortable and the convertible couch was good for our teenager. The bathroom was very clean and also spacious. I wish they would have put in a fan. The room became very steamy when taking a shower. The mini kitchen was a nice touch even though we did not need it on this trip, however, having a stand-up refrigerator and freezer was a plus. The staff was very welcoming. The breakfast was a standard buffet with hot and cold choices.

Stayed 14 nights. First morning there was a guy across the street with a jackhammer going off at 6am. Next night kids at hotel were setting off fireworks at 11p. 2 days later the fire alarm went off at 8am, had to evacuate the room. Most nights there were lots of kids running thru the hotel. You could hear their room’s door slam shut. Often. Morning #13 the fire alarm went off again. Had to evacuate again. Breakfast was very mediocre at best.

Front desk and housekeeping staff were top-notch—friendly and helpful. Excellent waffle station with fruit compote every day. Only minor critique: 2 days of 8-day stay incurred fire alarm and evacuations and on 1 other day our room smoke detector was triggered by shower steam.

Remarkable stay! My son and I were staying for one night for a basketball tournament. The staff is super friendly and accommodating, letting us check in 2 hours earlier, and checkout and hour later. Everything is new, pretty, and useful. The best thing about the rooms is the mini kitchen. Overall an amazing stay, comfortable beds, great breakfast included, and. Supermarket right across the street to buy fresh produce.

I have stayed at many hotels, and I can honestly say this place deserves ten stars. It is absolutely a top recommendation, and you will not regret staying here.

The property was nice, convenient location . They have hydration filters on their ice machine which is a nice touch I wish every hotel would adapt to this. Workout facility was amazing. Breakfast had a very good variety of options. I felt the shower could have been cleaner and most of the staff was nice. rooms look bigger than in person, pool looked bigger in picture.

Located on a quiet street but convenient to all major streets and highways. Hotel is fairly new so it’s clean and beds are fairly quiet. Every way to cut construction costs is evident but overall it’s a typical Fairfield property. Housekeeping staff is average. One tiny little bar of soap was never replaced until day 4 of our stay, counters not cleaned, trash not emptied. Front desk staff friendly enough.

We had a great experience at this hotel. Big and beautiful rooms. The breakfast was hot and delicious each morning. Hotel is well maintained and staff was friendly.

It was very friendly atmosphere, the food was great, the staff was kind and lively, and the hotel itself was a great stay.

Easy commute to both downtown Lancaster and to Spooky Nook sports complex. Open, airy, clean facilities. Huge gym. I could wash my daughter’s team uniform in the laundry room during multi day tournament, extra plus.

Poor noise insulation in the rooms, you can hear all what happens in the room above you.

The room was great!! Plenty of space and a kitchen so we were able to store groceries we bought at the Amish Market. The room was clean and spacious. The location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. I would def return.
