Motel 6 Lancaster, TX - DeSoto - Lancaster

It was gross. The room smelled of cigarettes and the bed looked unclean and nasty. I got there at 2AM and was super tired too look for anything else

Located in a convenient area!

I have absolutely no complaints about this property. From the check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. I was treated well, the place was clean, the location is convenient.

Close to stores and food Unable to get a blanket that wasn’t in the bed. Towels had fuzz all over them so when I dried off had the crap all over me. Then when I left a night earlier than planned there was no effort even made to give a credit after all the other issues.

Spacious room. Poor cleanliness (floors, towels)

Most Motels 6 are not well maintained and usually get about a 3. This one is one of the best and everything was updated.

Totally suprised. Not liek the MOtel 6 I used to know.

Worth the price.

Overall it was a good stay I couldn't find any parking because of all the electric company trucks but other than that oh and there was somebody fighting outside of our hotel room but other than that it was fair enough stay

Staff was very welcoming I had a water bug and small cricket in my room.

The convenience to my workplace and grocery stores/ restaurants Well, I to my own fault I got a smokers room and it stunk high to heaven of cigarettes and marijuana

Convenient and easy to get room the only issue I had was not able to get them to give me a definite answer on my refund for the two days I didn’t stay I checked out Friday 6-12-2026 and came back home how do I get a refund for those days I didn’t stay ?

Nothing Everything was bad and the room smelled unclean it wasn't enough towels for my family we could only take a shower there wasn't a stopper for the tub then the water never got hot enough

Both rooms had flies in them and the water didnt get hot. I didnt like the fact both of my rooms had flies in them when we entered. Also the water was warm and I could get hot water.

I always bring my own sheets and blankets buying the stains were terrible Linen was horrible

I am handicap and had to climb the stairs and I hurt myself and had to miss work. The sheets and towels were very spotty and dirty. It’s never been this bad. I won’t be going back I’m disappointed
