Zero cleaning. It was nasty with hairs of the previous person everywhere. Bed bugs everywhere. TV very ancient and not working. Night shift staff very rude

Nothing. No breakfast. The room was dirty with old worn furniture. The facility was a brothel.

No one checked to see if I needed fresh towels, clean sheets, empty trash etc nothing at all the entire stay. I finally had to go to the front desk and ask for towels and trash bags which I couldn’t get because maintenance had already left for the day. The staff both checking in and checking out were extremely nice, knowledgeable and friendly but everything else was pretty bad.

The refrigerator didn't keep anything cold The TV is hard to operate. The bed was very firm hurt my back ! However it isn't the worst motel

Bleach the toilet area was disgusting and the bedroom was musty

When I arrived I was told I had to make a thirty dollar deposit which was not mentioned when I booked. Then was told they do not accept cash for payment and directed me to a credit card machine to get a card for payment. .

The bathrooms were super tiny and the air took a while to finally cool the room down. The ice buckets didn't have the little plastic baggy to go in it. Other than that the overall stay was fine.
