parking was very terrible

Very inconvenient to have a power outage at 8am when you wake up. Could’ve been planned better.

I chose this hotel due to the free parking, but the place wreaked of cannabis and I saw live roaches, I stayed because they would’ve charged me anyway, but left with bug bites.

I had an enjoyable stay. It's close to everything I needed.

it was outdated and weird smell. Area is convenient but not the nicest . its slightly above “hot sheets hotel”

The room had two beds; one of them had a very visible hole in the mattress. The room smelled musty, and the parking area smelled like marijuana. I stayed for two nights; on the last day, the power went out, and I had to shower by the light of my cell phone. Reception didn't have the courtesy to communicate anything about it. I wouldn't stay at that hotel again

This is a terrible booking. I booked a reservation and wasn't told that the hotel would be doing construction in my day to check out. I woke up to no air conditioning and no power. My room was dark so I couldn't take a shower. I was charged a $50 deposit which I never got back. There were no amenities in the room. NO COFFEE. Charge $10 for a Minute Maid juice. Employees were not friendly and engaging at all. There were standoff-ish as if they didnt want to be bothered. Free parking but extremely limited spaces because they had most of the spaces blocked off for construction crew. Sad part is I never got an apology for my inconvenience now I'm seeking reimbursement for my inconvenience.

Power was out for three hours for some sort of maintenance issue. Property needs a good cleaning. Products in the bathroom were miniature size like one time use. Not impressed by this property. Suggest find another property to stay at if possible.

Train tracks right behind hotel. No breakfast offered. Very clean . Very good location. Semi rough area but not too bad ! 7.5/10 at best . The no breakfast was more of a problem than the train !

Staff was very cordial and the property was very clean. It is central located to restaurants in walking distance. Public transportation is close to hotel. Easy drive next to exits to the highway.

This is my go to hotel when in DC for work. It's clean, affordable and the amenities are good. The rooms are a good size. It's extremely close to a Metro Station. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. Some even walking distance. So basically it has everything I need.

No breakfast included

This property is not the cleanest. Very outdated. None of house keepers speak English. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Ms. Jerri was the best. There is like a little shopping center there and a couple restaurants which was a plus. But I was so afraid of bedbugs so I sprayed a lot of Lysol. I would not ever stay there again

I like it affordable and clean

Great staff, great greetings and my room was excellent. A great place to stay.

When I go out I am always greeted. The hotel is worth my money.
