The staff emwere very friendly. The computers were very slow when we checked in but they resolved the situation fairly quickly. I would stay here again.

Room was clean. Bathroom is kind of tight space. Pool we did not utilized but looked nice. Check in was slower due to several guests checking in at once. Elevators were also slower as well. Overall stay was good for one night we needed and not far from nationals stadium where we were going.

I loved that there was a desk and office chair, so I could get some work done. The staff were also helpful when I needed help.

We waited in the parking lot until around 7:30 AM and spoke with Natasha at the front desk. She was absolutely wonderful! She explained that we could have been checked in earlier since we were willing to pay the early check-in fee, and she helped get us into our room quickly. Thank you, Natasha, for your kindness and great customer service! The room itself was okay but definitely outdated. The bathroom floor needs some attention, and the toilet seat was loose and kept making noise. However, the water pressure was great! Overall, the stay was decent, but the experience with Natasha truly made a difference.

I REALLY ENJOYED.my stay here. The staff, from the new guy that helped me to my room, to the Housekeeping Supervisor and the Front Desk Staff, EVERYONE went out of their way, to make me feel comfortable. Thank You!
