They don't honor the breakfast from the reservation. This place is a scam.

The room is old school and not updated. Towels and sheets were not up to start. The reception looks better.

Old hotel needs renovation. Our toilet was broken so water ran the entire time. No full body mirror old furniture $50 early check in fee and rooms have a very small closet

Brilliant venue

Very beautiful hotel, staff were okay. The house keeping lady Luz was incredibly helpful to me, I didn’t get the chance to tip her(regret that). The rooms are old and need some update(refurbishing) but the overall was good

Very friendly

The staff very friendly. Parking needs better lighting not very bright. Bar - I don’t drink- The entrance is very Beautiful .. The bathroom needed a little work starting with the flooring the grout is very dirty and the shower outside bottom below the glass needs spraying with possible bleach to get rid of the mildew. Some of linen on the bed wasn’t clean the sheets,, Pillowcases clean .. There was no sink stopper.

Staff very helpful, rooms / bathroom excellent space, SMART TV 👍( many hotel don't have), wifi, parking and restaurant/bar on premises... Many other eatery/stores walking distance from the hotel 5🌟 USB adapters Tub update ( but mat will do) Upgrade beds ( spring bed still good but takes time to adjust to) I have to travel 2x a month to the DMV area and been try to find my forever hotel for my stays and I could openly and honestly say I think I've found it. Thank you for the experience.,...see you soon

My second stay and it was very relaxing. My partner and I had a nice stay, we will definitely be back.

My over all stay was nice the only thing I didn’t like is that I had a do not disturb sign on my door because I wanted to sleep in but the housekeeper still knocked on my door. Besides that I enjoyed my stay.

Pleasant

It was perfect

My nonsmoking room smelled like smoke the entire stay. The only thing masking it was an order they meant to be pleasant but mostly reminded me of a funeral home, it could be smelled thought the building and made me nauseous. My key never worked and had to get a new one every time I left my room. They tried. Truly. They were working with whah they had. But this was below standard.

Clean room, the lobby is very nice. Rooms have an updated look and feel. Overall, a very good stay. The only downside is have to leave the hotel for breakfast.

Exceptional

The bathtub was unglazed and peeling, and it was not completely clean. There were visible stains or residue left behind from the cleaning products that had been used. The bedding was clean enough, but the lampshade was noticeably worn and should be replaced. Overall, while the renovated common areas make a good first impression, the condition of the guest rooms does not match the updated appearance of the rest of the property.

One of the elevators were out of order while there was a large volume of people in the building and the other elevator was intermittently out of service. Breakfast options were limited last hour of breakfast. Thankful for free parking. Overall stay was satisfactory and appreciated.
