It was perfect

My nonsmoking room smelled like smoke the entire stay. The only thing masking it was an order they meant to be pleasant but mostly reminded me of a funeral home, it could be smelled thought the building and made me nauseous. My key never worked and had to get a new one every time I left my room. They tried. Truly. They were working with whah they had. But this was below standard.

Clean room, the lobby is very nice. Rooms have an updated look and feel. Overall, a very good stay. The only downside is have to leave the hotel for breakfast.

Excellent service.

The bathtub was unglazed and peeling, and it was not completely clean. There were visible stains or residue left behind from the cleaning products that had been used. The bedding was clean enough, but the lampshade was noticeably worn and should be replaced. Overall, while the renovated common areas make a good first impression, the condition of the guest rooms does not match the updated appearance of the rest of the property.

One of the elevators were out of order while there was a large volume of people in the building and the other elevator was intermittently out of service. Breakfast options were limited last hour of breakfast. Thankful for free parking. Overall stay was satisfactory and appreciated.

If looked very beautiful inside. The room was nice and comfortable. I would stay here again in the future.
-
The hotel had only two elevators and only one of them worked. Only four people at a time or the one working elevators would get stuck. I was forced on two separate occasions to have to walk 7 flights of stairs to get to my room. It was really inconvenient for me to.

bathroom ms need renovated abd elevator . female staff could be more nicer

Friendly staff, great guests and never felt uncomfortable as a solo traveler. Would recommend again! Thank you to the helpful staff for helping me through a very difficult layover. Much appreciated!

Only one working elevator. If there is any kind of event , expect to wait to park. We were told the event taking place would be done around 3am ….. and we could try agian then. Hotel guests with rooms should be prioritized. No breakfast

It had a weird smell when you walked in. Couldn’t find parking because of a party they had. The elevator was broke so you had to take the stairs. Went to wash up in the morning and no wash cloths. Called front desk and they said they stoped 3 days ago putting them in the rooms. No one told us that when we checked in nor sent emails out. We been booked the hotel ahead of time so you would think they would send emails out to their guest or have a sign up at the front desk but they failed to do either. Won’t be staying here ever

The hotel hallways were nice but the room was mid. Keys didnt work had to ask the front desk attendant to accompany us to open the door it also sounded like there was someone in the room we could hear the tv playing when he arrived the first time and the key card would not open the door. When we finally got in the tv was on with a loud volume. The room lights were very dim. Also Hotel doesnt provide washcloths we were told upper management decided they no longer wanted to provide them.
-
Cons: They do not supply wash cloths only hand towels and bath towels. Also one of the elevators was down which mean the wait time was super long. I would definitely recommend this hotel overall.

Being staying here for years when I came to visit my family. The lobby has been redone very bright and nice when you walk in but when u get to your room that's where ends. The rooms definitely need to be updated. AND THEY DON'T HAVE WASHCLOTHS I asked the front desk they said it was under new management and they weren't putting them in the room it was a inconvenience to have to go back out to buy washcloths

If you want somewhere cheap to stay for a very short time (ie overnight), it’s not a bad option and worth the lower price. Otherwise, if your stay is longer than one night and you value up to date room, efficient customer service, and a functional hotel, definitely look elsewhere.

The staff was loud, rude utilities was horrible. They gave me a hard time. I literally came back-and-forth says at least 3 to 4 times I wouldn’t recommend.

It was absolutely beautiful
-
Very Helpful first time in the area.

Additionally, one of the elevators was broken, which we understand things happen...but it was during the time when the hotel was at capacity with some sort of convention so it was a HUGE inconvenience with the only working elevator only being able to accommodate 5ppl max (at a time).
