Courtyard by Marriott New Carrollton

The facility was good. The door of my room had a broken hook flap. Also I was surprised by a parking fee of $10. It was not in the reservation or told me that I will be charged.

Overall good, just the AC circulation wasn't that good unless you were standing next to it. Staff were nice and professional and helpful, room was clean and whomever was responsible for the room took pride in their work.

It's within a business district so there weren't many dining options. All in all the hotel was good.

The bathroom shower curtain had

One of my favorite touches was receiving a handwritten invitation from Rose to join them for dinner. It’s those thoughtful, personal gestures that truly set this hotel apart. The hospitality from every staff member was outstanding, and the food was absolutely delicious—dinner is definitely a must! While the building itself could use a little maintenance and updating, the incredible customer service more than made up for it. The staff’s kindness, professionalism, and genuine care made our stay memorable. I highly recommend staying here, and if I’m ever back in Washington, this will absolutely be my hotel of choice.

Couldn’t get the tv to work. Not enough water coming out of the shower head.

Clean Room, staff very courteous and it was a reasonable cost

Room AC failed and in the middle of the night had to change rooms be cause it was so hot.

Hotels.com said free parking but this hotel charged $10 daily.

The website falsely advertised that this location had a pool, and it did not. Additionally, there was no mention of having to pay for parking daily on the website, but upon arrival we were informed that there was a $10 a day parking charge. Otherwise, the staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was adequate and the location is perfectly located near the New Carrollton Metro. Room was clean but could use some updating. Location is a little out of the way from any restaurants or attractions (near the facility). You will need to drive or Metro to any restaurants or attractions.
