Despite ongoing renovations, our room was clean, spacious and they have the best bath towels I have ever experienced in a hotel! Staff were friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean. Staff made it possible for us to have connecting rooms which made our stay special.

There was nothing wrong with this hotel, it was about as average as you can get. Nothing special, nothing bad. The staff wasn’t rude, but I wouldn’t call them super friendly. The two employees working the counter at check-in and check-out were awesome, but others seemed more annoyed we were there. The fitness room was very small.

Gentleman at the front desk at check-in was awesome!! Hotel was very clean, including the room we stayed in. Laundry facility was great with newer machines. Breakfast was wonderful with several options. Very quiet and felt safe.

The Staff was courteous and polite when checking in early. The hotel and bathrooms was clean and well maintained. Parking was easy and location convenient for our stay in Laramie. The breakfast provided was great with many options.

We chose this hotel because it was advertised no pets… Only service animals. When we arrived… We found out that they do allow pets other than just service animals inside their hotel.

The hotel amenities were excellent — the EV chargers were conveniently located near the front entrance, the complimentary full breakfast was a nice bonus, and the indoor pool and spa were well-maintained and relaxing. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Another plus was how easy it was to order pizza delivery to the hotel after a long day. Overall, this was a convenient, comfortable, and affordable place to stay, and we would happily stay here again.

The room was very spacious and the bed/pillows comfortable. The breakfast was very good and well maintained with hot food (eggs, sausage, waffles, biscuits, gravy). Ice machine worked and parking lot well lit and safe area.
