Holiday Inn Express & Suites Laramie West

Always love Holiday Inn. The facility is new and the rooms are spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were really friendly and helpful and the premises was clean and well kept. My kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast. Overall, a good experience.

They have an excellent breakfast selection and the pool was very nice. The view out our window was nice.

Hotel was clean but not what we really needed for a family of 5 despite the room description. The sofa bed could barely be folded out because of the location. The hvac unit prevented it from folding out, so the only option was to scoot the sofa right next to the bed leaving no room to get in and out of the bed on that side. Very short sighted room configuration. Linens for the sofa bed were not in the room…apparently you have to ask for those from the front desk. Also, only three sets of towels were in the room. If a room is advertised to sleep up to 6, it should be set up that way without moving furniture or extra trips to the front desk for linens and towels.

location was close to the highway but too far from stores, restaurants, etc Some things weren't as clean as I would have preferred

Just grabbed a little and took to room. So it was fine The garbage in the room was not emptied. There was a used towel left on the bathroom counter and the bed was poorly made, leaving me to assume the sheets were not changed. I slept on top of the covers.

Hotel was perfect. Breakfast was amazing. Room was very clean, staff were helpful. Highly recommended by a family who travels a lot!

The bathroom had a terrible mildew smell. The thermostat did not work. Had to run the AC at the wall all night to bring the room temperature down from 80 degrees.

the room said it slept 6, 2 beds and a couch bed, well the couch bed was worthless,as the mattress was so thin, so my daughter just slept on the couch itself. we had 2 year old twins with us, one got sick and threw up pediolite on the bed sheets. Igot a call after checkout that Iwould be charged 100 dollars for that. said they would have to throw bedding away.[it could have been washed]. the breakfast was decent, especially the pancakes. eggs not so much. the room was clean,with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot which was nice. if you need the room to actually sleep 6 adults, it doesn't. otherwise it was clean, staff was friendly..

Great location and quiet room with a view of the Laramie River! Who would have thought! Spacious room and Comfortable bed Shower ADA did not appear clean and if it was clean needs to be updated
