Comfort Inn & Suites Near University of Wyoming

The staff was very helpful and friendly. I had an e-bike and they put me in a larger room to accommodate my bike, on the ground floor and I could park close to my room. Parking was free, very nice.

The shower had no grab bar, and it was set inside a tub which had no safety strips on the floor of the tub. It was extremely slippery. For those 2 reasons alone I will never return to this hotel. The toilet and shower were enclosed in a small room by themselves, and the sink was in the entryway to the room, most unusual. The towels were very rough, worst of any hotel on our 10 day trip. The breakfast was surprisingly good. Parking was very good with plenty of spaces, well lit. The location is set adjacent to a residential neighborhood so you have to drive to get food or use door dash. So, the room looked clean, but the carpet was a dark ugly color that would hide dirt, so I'm not sure it actually was clean, especially with the heavy deodorizer spray. Maybe there had been a dog in the room as the hotel is pet friendly. We used the hot tub but it was very noisy with the jets on. And the pool was cloudy so we didn't get in it. There was a nice, full length closet to hang clothes in, just inside the door. There was a microwave and working refrigerator, desk with chair and additional arm chair in the room. There were plenty of outlets to charge devices. And, the room was fairly spacious. I also liked the doorways, key protected, to the parking lot, for easy access to your vehicle.

First off, staff was great. Our afternoon receptionist was a sweetheart. She was doing everything alone. I'm not sure she had anyone else there. She ran the front, the pool, laundry and all the in between. The rest of the day staff were also helpful. We had room 218. The restroom smelled like a very strong odor of urine. We just drove 13 hrs...I was done. Didn't complain but it was aweful. The AC was filthy. The room just needed a deep clean. The pool and elevators smelled like a wet dog. There weren't many options for food. This place could be so great after a deep clean.

We booked two rooms through booking.com. I knew one room I wanted was a nice suit that overlooked the pool. I had stayed in that room before. I ended up having to cancel the second room I booked. Upon arrival I found both rooms were canceled and had to take a smaller room for about 2/3 more than the original price. I am completely unsatisfied with the process.

This was just an Okay Comfort Inn. Beds were super hard and needed replaced. AC didn't work, but it did get fixed while we were there. Our room was on the Interstate side so you can hear the traffic. Not terrible, but not great. Just an okay stay.

This was a good hotel. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the kids enjoyed the pool.

We enjoyed the pool and the breakfast ! The apples and bananas came in handy on our car trip

Staff was very welcoming and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was quiet. My only complaint was the location. The hotel is on the very edge of town quite far from the university. Not sure that the name is accurate, but otherwise a good bargain.

Nice clean room, friendly staff, and excellent breakfast.

Very easy location right off of the highway, yet simple route into downtown for local eateries. Staff was lovely, fresh baked cookies on arrival. Room was clean, comfortable, and most importantly very cool(a summer must)

Kids enjoyed the pool and breakfast variety. Staff friendly.

The staff at the front desk Abby was terrific. Great customer service. She helped us with all our questions and then some. The housekeeping staff was excellent very friendly. I have a reservation for two queen size beds for some reason they only felt like they were full-size, but they were very comfortable
