Nice staff. The refrigerator in the room worked great and the ice machine was great as well. I would stay there again.

The room was smelly dirty outside and adjacent a noisy pool. In fact we didn’t stay an I am seeking a refund

Hotel and staff are all great. The room was clean. I loved the shower because the water pressure was amazing. Hot breakfast was delicious daily. The entire staff were friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel.

It seems very old and in need of repair/remodeling or updating. There were stains on the chair in the room, the bed was uncomfortable, the shower leaked on the floor

Clean room, shopping mall near by My daughter and grandchildren and myself enjoyed our stay so much

My room was not clean for two days, the bed sheets were only rearrange not changed, had to go to the lobby and get my own towels, did not have cups for mouth wash in the bathroom,will never book in this place again.

I definitely love this place , clean , staff friendly, near by all shopping centers and the most amazing part , the fresh home made breakfast right on the spot, the girls at the kitchen taking orders are so nice and friendly,

Front desk needs better customer service. But don’t let that fool you rooms and cleanliness are excellent. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. Overall the stay was very good.

Very nice clean breakfast area with a good choice of food.

Everything clean and organized. I wasn't expecting the room and bathroom so clean. The front desk clerks make me feel so welcome when I checked in and checked out. It was the talk of the day at my job. Very friendly. Just that the side door was opened. For security purposes I believe like other hotels the room key should open the side door.
