I definitely love this place , clean , staff friendly, near by all shopping centers and the most amazing part , the fresh home made breakfast right on the spot, the girls at the kitchen taking orders are so nice and friendly,

Front desk needs better customer service. But don’t let that fool you rooms and cleanliness are excellent. Breakfast was very good lots of choices. Overall the stay was very good.

Everything clean and organized. I wasn't expecting the room and bathroom so clean. The front desk clerks make me feel so welcome when I checked in and checked out. It was the talk of the day at my job. Very friendly. Just that the side door was opened. For security purposes I believe like other hotels the room key should open the side door.

The place is a little bit outdated, room had a few scuffs on the entrance door which got me worried about the maintenance of the building and also found bumps and dents on the bathroom door which didn’t really help leaving a good impression. Apart from that everything was great, the staff was very friendly and helpful all the time. I asked for a wheelchair accessible bathroom and it was magnificent! Even better than high end hotels, a very nice shower with everything you need and even with a special shower chair for disabled people wich was of tremendous value for me and my family. The beds were really comfortable and room was spacious. And I loved the coffee! Having all of that in mind I definitely recommend this place.

My daughter and I truly enjoyed our stay here. Everything went very smooth, from checking in to checking out. I appreciated the courtesy call from front desk to remind of our checkout time. And, Juan was very friendly and assuring if we needed anything to reach out to him.☺️

This hotel was comfortable and quiet. It was very clean and secure with cameras everywhere. Although it looks like it is close to the border, it is actually in a nicer neighborhood with several places to eat and shop nearby. Would definitely stay at this hotel again.
