Great place to stay in Branson. The staff was very friendly. The property was clean, safe, well maintained and easy access to local attractions!

Personal habla 0 español, no había habitación disponible en el check in y tuvimos que esperar media hora, no nos entendíamos, querían volver a cobrar, cero recomendable, no volvería

Overall cleanliness needs improvement.

The bed in the room was infested with bed lice. At 1st, i thought it was bed bugs. Which i couldn't handle anymore of it and checked out about 11:30-12 the night prior to my check out!

Rooms clean really comfortable

I am not overly impressed with this place. The price was good, room was good enough. However there was a mystery good on the floor, floors were dirty. After discovering the gooey substance everything was suspect on cleanliness. I discovered the lamp and the phone were not working. I used my cell phone to call the front desk, they said it might not be plugged in, as if I'm not smart enough to check. Do you want someone to come take a look, I said yes. No one came. No point in mentioning the goo, or asking for a different room with that kind of service. Would I stay here again, hell no. Nor do i plan on using expedia again.

The staff is very polite. I always stay here when I have a trip here.

No near by stores or restaurants. Outdated furniture and dead bedbugs.

Staff was rude. I booked a room for my little brother since I needed the weekend at home with my boyfriend. Not even because he had my id and card they made a big deal. Room was nice but the front desk clerk was rude. No customer service was provided, she seemed annoyed with her job. Or annoyed my brother was there. Horrible attitude.

1st room had 2 used codums on floor and feces on sheets with bed ubed not made up Owner daid soory and gacmve us another rm.Outside was 45 so room was cold and noheat came out.The doorwas at least a 14 inch gap at the door.you coukd see outside ans feel cold air coming in.The room felt and looked cheap.It was horrable on the door looked like someone smeared something on c there. We just left and told the owner we wouldn't stay there because if the filth.Skio this place at all cost.I feel it should be shut down!
