The staff was friendly and professional. The bed pillows could use an upgrade!! ?

The staff on the phone were attentive and tried their best. We had made a reservation over a month ago, and on the day we were supposed to stay, an hour before check in they called to inform us they "overbooked" and moved us into a different hotel. I've never had this happened in any hotel, and it felt weird to be skipped over when we should've had priority.

Another great stay! Staff were great and the room was very clean. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast but the staff there was excellent in making sure we had all we needed. Will stay there again!
