For the price this hotel was terrible. Air condition didn’t work and kept turning off when we told the staff they went in to “fix” the issue but that didn’t do anything. The ac kept on but we were unable to set a temperature. We gave up and dealt with it. Do not book here. We’ll never go back to this hotel.

The area for this hotel is horrible! The staff were not helpful at all. I was double charged for a room I only booked for one evening and no one from customer service would assist me! I paid over $500 for one room! I will not be staying here again in the future.

There is no business room, so that impacted by business experience. There were no towels by the poolside. You are charged $10 per day for parking. I was only there for 24 hours, and I was charged for two days (despite staying for 1 night). There are also fees for using the restaurant on-site. I was charged the fee due to simply purchasing a coffee.

Parking garage spaces are tight due to many huge pick up trucks. Perhaps they could designate rooftop parking spaces for trucks only

I couldn’t find a bottle of water must of the hotels put at least two bottles of water we had to walk to the gas station for water
