Location was great if you have business close to the border, about five minutes away, driving to the border crossing. Staff is great too. The level of cleanliness is not at all what’s seen in the photos. The floors are absolutely filthy. The bathtub had hairs old bathtub with rusted metal faucet. The paint in the bathtub was peeling off. Of note the hotel says it’s pet friendly but I was charged $25 per pet regardless of size which I understand but if the hotel is publicized this pet friendly, that usually means you don’t have to pay an extra charge for having PETS!

Only good part was the price and I liked the fact it had tile floors vs carpet Arriving the attendant was one of the rudest I have encountered, I felt he was upset I arrived just as he was going to have a smoke. 2nd I woke up with mosquito or some sort of bites on any exposed skin when sleeping. My arm’s stomach neck. The room was also like they started to renovate it but left the peeling paint on the bathtub. Rest on the faucets. And in the morning I went for breakfast at 7:45 and no one around and the eating area and office were locked.

Bed blanket was stained as well as towels and bathtub. Bathtub seemed as if hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Towel had stains as if someone had just wiped something dirty with it and they just folded it back up. And floor towel had paint and holes in it. Staff was courteous, but room could use more attention.

How clean, well prepared, and attentive staff. So hard to think about anything, but I would say early check in options.(meaning, in the past I haven’t had any option to check in early and sometimes it is a bit bothersome to have to wait when the room is already available)
