Clean rooms and nice property

The location was within several minutes away from I had to go. There was nothing to dislike.

Large room. Poor brekfast. Noisy. Close to a main street.

Location Could be CLEANER. The only thing available for breakfast is muffins.

Ceiling falling apart, toilet broken, window was broken, bathtub needed to replaced. They should have paid me to stay there..

The only positive aspect was the location and the fact that I was able to leave quickly. I booked this hotel because of the reviews, but the reality was completely different. As soon as I walked in, I knew it was a bad idea. If I had seen the actual condition of the property in real life beforehand, I would have avoided booking it entirely. The worst part was the room itself — sticky and dirty floors, strong unpleasant smells, visible damage, and an overall feeling of being unsafe and unhygienic. The experience went far beyond my expectations in the worst possible way and was honestly one of the worst places I have ever stayed

Customer services are so terrible so rude beds are so dirty not recommended Ofer breakfast and is not true so lied about that totally not true

Unfortunately the Indian people working there are super rude and not helpful at all.

It was a place to stay, quick check in. floor was super dirty. Sheets full of burnt holes. Tub was horrible. A/c took forever to cut on. Parking was super small and crowded.

The room was clean. The heater worked fine and the room was cozy. I did not like that the paint in the bath tub was peeling off. I also did not like that there was no hot water and it was cold outside so I had to take a shower with cold water.

The room itself was great. The front desk staff were not. The gentleman who checked me in on Febrruary 17th at 11pm took an unnecesary extra amount of time to simply check me in. Thos in spite of the fact that the reservation was made days ago and paid in advance. Then when I checked out at 9:20am, I was told by a different employee that I did not qualify to have one of theor cheap muffins that was supposed to be included. He said theor 'xontinental breakfast' serving time just ended at 9am. I thought the employees working there did not appreciate me or my business. They were pretty lousy in my opinion.

Bed very comfortable! Easy access to I-35. Tub was old with paint coming off. Ok to shower in, but would never take a bath.

Made the reservation online, and as soon as i get there it only took 5 minutes to get checked in, fast and easy
