I love everything from this place, I have 3 years consecutively lodging there Nothing at all

What I liked about the rialto is that it's in the middle of downtown and near the outlet ,the hotel itself is an antique,love how it has the old fashion vibe .it's comfortable and has a nice view .The staff is friendly and helpful. Everything is great I did not dislike anything

A historic hotel with very fine furnishings and seems to abound with history. The breakfast was modest, but adequate. You can’t beat the location if you planned to cross the border, which is only a half mile away. The price just keeps going up… as do most things in the US and elsewhere around the world

It's not about management, but about ownership/investing. The best was the people, kind and attentive.

Room was clean, didn’t talk much with the staff. We went on a Sunday not much going on, parking was good. Would visit again.

I liked that the parking was free and off to the side not in the open and unprotected, gave off a very traditional feeling, very comfortable vibe and settling in was super easy with how convenient everything was The only thing was the parking was behind the building so if you are unfamiliar with the area its a little hard to find but not crazy hard and there is no technical security so a little bit of uneasy there but the area is not crazy or anything dangerous so it was not a big deal

Clean room with friendly staff.

The location was good for what I needed. The price was good for the location. I stayed in the property three days, my trash was never taken out, no towels were ever replaced, there was no service to the room. When I asked someone about those items, they said I had to request housekeeping. The tile floor in the room was dirty.

Clean The beds were uncomfortable and woke up with my back hurting

Charming eclectic building. Staff was great. No ice machine available for guests. Dining options in the area was scarce.

Exelente place to stay in

Very old hotel budding great clean condition. I like the fact that the room did not have carpet and it was very clean. Just note that it’s a very old building. Also, I saw a couple of roaches. I’m sure they came from the outside because the front door has gaps.

The room was clean and very comfortable.

The staff was super sweet and curteous!
