The staff were very pleasant. I like the attached pharmacy and coffee shop. Short ride from airport. Free parking. The elevator not working -wasn’t aware it was broken until after I reserved. We travel with handicapped so it was extremely difficult. The rooms were extremely hot upon arrival and took a while for the window ac units to cool them off. The cream cheese cups had mold in them so we skipped breakfast. We only stayed one night and it did the job but we wouldn’t rebook.

The room was great! And this place has the best staff of any hotel I’ve ever been to. Super nice and quiet hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

Inoperative elevator and walked to the 3floor

Good for one night stay. The elevator wasn’t working during my stay, and my room was on the 4th floor. I was given a small pack of cookies and a canned Coke as a consolation price. All of the staff members were very respectful and so nice. The room was very clean and so was the restroom. I think the best part of my stay was the fact all the bath towels smelled like Suavitel. If you don’t know what Suavitel is, google it. It’s Amazing laundry softener. Thank you so much for using that softener for your towels. I have never smelled hotel towels that smelled this good. Ever. The only thing needing cleaning was the weird curved small couch in the bedroom. It was seriously dirty and in need of serious dusting and vacuuming. It was so dirty, I could not sit on it. Other than that, the stay was good. Good location, and good parking. And this hotel was a way better hotel than the ones a little further north on i35 in that sketchy part of town.
