La Posada Hotel

I paid for one night at this hotel through Expedia and it was a little over $150.00 through the app. Got to location to check in and was told I needed a card on file, next morning checked out and was charged another $135.00 for some kind of occupancy fee with 3 kinds of state and city tax fees. I still tipped my valet both times. Coffee in room no good. Room had no remote for tv. Will not be back. I’ll stay at the red roof in next time, at least it’s right next to Wataburger

Pools need more cleaning

They give not good direction how to get to room . Hotel over charge and not returning money back as they promised after 15 days when they say with a couple of days . They did not send confirmation of process refund. I don’t like their bad customer service

One coffee pod in room for two people. Waited until 9:00 the next morning for more coffee. Ceiling light out in the bathroom. TV was not working and it took forever to get maintenance to come fix it.

Cute and cozy

Toilet did not flush, hot tub in the room did not work, staff never sent anybody to repair the hot tub or see what was wrong with it, hot tub in pool area smelled horrible and was driving ppl to go to the other pool, food from the Zaragoza Grill was horrible and wings were raw, chicken from pasta was extra dry, and everyones orders came about 30 min apart. Used to be a great place to stay but the service and hotel have gone down. Very disappointed.

The property is in the heart of Laredo Texas and the night life is super awesome! The pools are great and the parking is wonderful. Plenty of ev charging makes this the only place I would stay in Laredo! Take the worry of charging out of your itinerary.

Beautiful historic hotel with all the amenities. Friendly and helpful staff. Will stay again!

Oh my God the room was so lovely stuff very helpful and understanding with anything that was misunderstood I recommend this place 100% hopefully we'll going back soon the hotel itself had such a history to it great paintings, and of course everything was so convenient around the hotel my eating going out for some drinks and just vibing

Service in hotel restaurant was a bit shaky but otherwise all was good.

The Posada Hotel is my all-time favorite. The rooms are super comfortable. Gerard greeted us at the desk and was very helpful, allowing us to leave our luggage. Swimming in the pool at night with the lights is lovely. I highly recommend La Posada.

We only stayed for one night. The bed was comfortable and bathroom was big. I recommend to install floor instead of carpet, it feels old. The parking lot has a gate so for us that is very convenient because we travel with many stuff. We didn’t like the breakfast buffet

Todo muy bien y muy bien servicio

Everything was great until I returned to my room and only had hot water. I was unable to shower due to the steaming hot water. Also, there was no water to flush the toilet.
