Absolutely loved our stay. Everyone was so kind and helpful. There is a $20 parking fee whether you use valet or self-park. It wasn't clear at check-in, but be sure to budget for it. Overall, we will stay here again!

Room had a musty smell and WiFi signal was weak in the room. Also was not given the room I reserved. I reserved a room with a view of the river.

Great service and very clean. Be aware that the parking is an extra fee regardless, and does not appear to be advertised that way. Breakfast is not generally included, and that may be for the best. But the rooms are fantastic.

It is a beautiful property right across the street from a nice park. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. The front desk manager was awesome. The pool area farthest from the front office is like a small slice of paradise. My only regret was that we didn’t have the time to swim on our trip. The valet was nice and it was reasonably priced. Parking is under the hotel and self parking is the same price as the valet. The gentleman who parked our car when we arrived also took our luggage to our room and was very polite and friendly. He answered any questions that we had. Next time we are in Laredo we will be staying here again.

This is a beautiful historic property with plenty of old-world South Texas charm. If you enjoy vintage architecture and a place with character, it’s worth a stay. The location is convenient, close to border shopping, the freeway, and two international bridges. The buildings date back to the late 1800s and early 1900s, so keep that in mind when booking. If you prefer a sleek, modern hotel, this may not be the right fit. But if you appreciate history and want to experience the charm of old South Texas, this is a great place to stay.

We stay here all the time when traveling through Laredo . Beautiful hotel great pool . The restaurant however - Zaragoza -has sgone downhill sadly - food made with no care tasteless and not fresh

Location, historic hotel. Returning for another family gathering with many good memories here. AC was not cooling as effectively as possible

Lovely historic hotel with lots of charm and personal family history. The rooms were comfortable. The pool was very refreshing after a hot summer day. The staff was very helpful in addressing any requests. Several of the room amenities were not refilled. One has to keep in mind that it is an older hotel and AC tends to be a little muggy in some rooms.
