I didn’t like about my kids my self someone like they were touching in the night we can hear noises. I didn’t like because they were not Netflix or free WiFi. We can see in the night. Thank you!! 😊 🙏🙌🙏

Everything was dirty and nasty I didn’t stay I have to rent another room at another hotel

We had to wait very long, about 30 minutes to do the check in, and due to a problem on our reservation we had to come back later, the staff was not friendly or helpful at all, this gentleman looked really tired and told us he had a very busy day. Everything else was good.

Es muy notorio el poco mantenimiento que le dan a las instalaciones. Es una broma el desayuno

This property was in complete disrepair, very disappointing

Pretty manageable stay rooms were decent as well

Establish a certain time for pool to close ,people stay till very late hours and don't let guests sleep.

Nunca hicieron el aseo en la recámara, había animalitos en el lavabo, una cucaracha y para varias una araña.

The rooms are very nice and newly refurbished. The outside is in need of a lot of work and undergoing restoration. The waffles are great.

Excelente servicio y el personal no se diga

This is the most horrible place I have stayed at, my first room was extremely dirty blankets had marks and smell like trash, i requested to have a different room…. End up being the same thing, extresmly smelly and dirty, I requested a refound but the denied it because it was already 30 min but the truth is that we didn’t waste a single second we just carry our things around…. I end up going somewhere else this place is bad very bad

Es un hotel con buen punto de ubicacion

I reserved a room for my Daughter and myself only to be disappointed in the location. both The room had a unpleasant odor and the lining were stained on both beds. My daughter bed had what appeared to be blood stains my bed had stains but was not able to identify. Over all uncleanness of the room

We were very uncomfortable. We did not feel safe there were stains on the carpet and the towels.
