Room looked dirty, especially the bathroom omg it was really bad. Tub looked dirty,the floor. The wall by the toilet had a hole. we were tired that’s why we ended up staying there.

The hotel pics look better than the rooms. The door lock did not work, it did not have a latch, the AC was not working very well, and some guests of the hotel were grilling in the parking lot, the room smell like smoke, I was concerned about that and carbon monoxide, the front desk person told they did not have room, they just asked the guys to move the grill and they did for a few feet. He said the manager approved them to grill, This is the worst Hotel experience I have ever had in my entire life.

The hotel is well located on i35 and convenient if you plan to cross the border into Mexico; however, it not well maintained and it is not updated. If you purpose is to sleep one night, then the hotel is an affordable option. The parking lot is not well kept, the restroom should be cleaned more thoroughly and the facilities need more care.

The bathroom was disgusting. The toilet was leaking all over the floor, and the room smelled like pee as a result. Ive never seen so much trash in a parking lot. The pillows were uncomfortable and I woke up with a sore neck all week.

The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay, and check-in was quick and easy. The location was convenient for getting around Laredo, and the parking was easy to access. Overall, it was a great value for the price, and I would happily stay here again on my next trip.
