La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Laredo I-35

The room smell bad, but the staff from the morning. We're very helpful. Went I got there in the evening? The front guy was smoking weed

The pool was closed and there was graffiti. The sheets had old stains on them. The property needs to be updated. Some repainting, cracks need to be fixed. We called ahead of time asking for a bottom floor room, they said yes and we did not get it. I don't understand all the rates here bc on Google review they are low. So it makes me wonder if the reviews here are legit.

I enjoyed my stay..

I like the option of location to stay .

A un lado del cuarto había basura tirada, demasiada y no era basura nueva. El cuarto ! Las sobrecamas estaban sucias. Había manchas de vasos en el buró. El refrigerador no funcionaba. El clima no enfriaba y estaba tirando agua, a un lado de la cama estaba mojada la alfombra. El lavabo estaba tapado, olía horrible y goteaba. Había telarañas en el techo en la entrada del cuarto. Había cafetera pero no había agua purificada. En el brakefast, las mesas estaban sucias, el área de los cereales estaban tirados en las encimeras y en el piso. En el área de los waffles la mezcla chorreada en la encimera. Los vidrios de las puertas todos sucios. En general les falta mucha atención en el mantenimiento y limpieza del hotel. Y en el área de desayunador que haya una persona que esté al pendiente del mugrero que hace la gente porque da muy mal aspecto.

Para ser hotel de paso bien ubicado. Muy sucias las instalaciones. No hay personal que limpie el area de desayunos parece chiquero

The air conditioning in the room did not work, I reported it twice, I stayed three nights in that hotel in Laredo and we were at 104 F, the amount was dirty, one of the beds was very damaged, the pool did not work, at reception I asked for a room change and in response I had that they could not do anything because the hotel was full, they did not solve the air conditioning problem either, one of the receptionists was rude, I would never return to that hotel.

Great place to stay not enough parking though

dirty old shower and blanket dirty

Clean rooms , plenty of parking

Room looked dirty, especially the bathroom omg it was really bad. Tub looked dirty,the floor. The wall by the toilet had a hole. we were tired that’s why we ended up staying there.
