Every time we go to Laredo we look to stay here!! The convenience of the indoor pool, the spacious rooms and all the amenities are so great! 10/10 would recommend for families to stay here!!!

The hotel was an excellent location with updated and spacious rooms. The morning breakfast was really first class with chefs available to cook some dishes. The location was easy to find and right across from a huge Mall complex. I would highly recomend this location to travelers.

The property was absolutely beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel deserves a 10 out of 10. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

It’s a good hotel . The living room area in the room is a bit dark. If was there for an extended period of time I would get an extra lamp. I also wish all the amenities were properly mentioned at check in . Dinner time , restaurant times ect. None of it is mentioned. Sure it’s on the key jacket but it makes a difference to have that interaction because not everyone is familiar with embassy suites. The breakfast in the morning is a bit cold , it’s not being checked on or turned to ensure it stays hot. it’s a clean and renovated hotel the rooms are great . Overall it’s still a place I would continue to stay and I do recommend.

The room the breakfast the drinks the jacuzzi was amazing. Didn't like the check in woman attitude was not at all welcoming or friendly- I perceived an attitude from her for no reason and felt like a disappointing first impression as we were looking forward to our stay. Everything else was perfect though and we still enjoyed it but wish we had a better start.
