The place was beautiful and the staff at the reception was super friendly.The indoor pool was freezing and the maintenance crew was super rude. We have 3 children & when we travel we make sure they are happy and comfortable so we can also enjoy and relax. Next the a/c in our suite never worked. We stayed 2 nights. The first night we arrived around 1am so we didn’t even bother with the a/c the next morning we headed out by 10am & returned around 2pm. That’s when we went to the pool and all of that unpleasantness with the maintenance crew happened. Next we go up shower relax and get ready for dinner. We head down to the restaurant in the lobby the waiter was super patient and accommodating with our children’s & if you have children you know that is key if you are going to enjoy your dinner as a parent. The food was delicious and service was fast. Dinner was lovely and the lobby area was super clean, beautiful and big. My children were able to play and us relax before heading up to our suite. It was then that we started to get frustrated with how hot it was. My husband goes downstairs to ask for assistance and he came back with a floor fan. I was in shock. It was so hot I couldn’t sleep. One fan did not make a huge difference. My children were sweating in their sleep. Well we all were but my children are my priority. In the morning even though we all took showers again we were all still sweating trying to get out of that place as soon as possible. HILTON we are very disappoint.!

Every time we go to Laredo we look to stay here!! The convenience of the indoor pool, the spacious rooms and all the amenities are so great! 10/10 would recommend for families to stay here!!!

The hotel was an excellent location with updated and spacious rooms. The morning breakfast was really first class with chefs available to cook some dishes. The location was easy to find and right across from a huge Mall complex. I would highly recomend this location to travelers.

The property was absolutely beautiful, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the hotel deserves a 10 out of 10. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back!
