Motel 6 Laredo, TX - Airport

The AC was broken, WiFi was not working and we called the front desk for help TWICE and nobody ever showed up!

Reasonably priced for a short stay

Its terrible.

The manager or owner don’t value customers. I was checked in for 5 days and was given a room with broken tv and charging port and bedsheets were not ready for customer was incomplete bedding. I was offered a third floor and I am handicap. I requested to speak to manager daily and he never had the courtesy to talk to me or call me. The owner was told about my situation but he also ignored my situation. 5 day stay was almost 500.00 but as long as money comes into the. Usiness neither the manager nor owner cared about the poor quality service I got.

Amazing service great friendly service. Clean rooms , staff friendly and amazing . Shower pressure not so good . Tv service sucked . But other than a few things great job .

need to work on Air conditioners. rooms were too hot

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and I love it housecleaning is GREAT rooms are always clean and have a pleasant smell, all staff are very friendly and helpful, very quiet and I feel safe on there property.

Its obvious Hotel.com will list any hotel/motel with out checking their stardards or whether they actually provide what they advertise. I will make it a point to disclose my disappointment on social media regarding both the Motel 6 and your website.

Our room on the 3rd floor was very clean and 2 nights out of our 3-night stay was good, in spite of the low water pressure in the shower. On our last night's stay, however, the rooms on the upper floors were completely out of water and we had to move to a room on the first floor. As for the pool, as much as my granddaughter wanted to enjoy it on that night, we decided it wasn't safe since there were people in the pool drinking and smoking. When I asked the ladies at the front desk, they replied that alcoholic beverages were allowed, despite the fact that there is a sign at the pool indicating that it is not allowed.

The only suggestions say give to them is to upgrade or fix their carrier carts

Stayed at this Hotel during the time that I was have some work done at my house. Staff, and the Hotel was a perfect fit. We totally enjoyed our week there

There was roaches, disnt move us room, and check us earlier thinking it was another guess.

Fantastic choice

Everything was very good. Perhaps only thing possible visible was that the property needs a bit parking in front of the entrance.
