Simple but effective, coffee cold. TV Remote did not work. AC could not be controlled

Very clean and comfortable room. Only issue was the tv remote. It was held together via tape since it was missing back panel.

When I checked in at 3 p.m., our room wasn’t ready. The manager informed us that it would take an hour. Despite the inconvenience, they offered us a late check-out. However, we had to rush out anyway. They started calling us about an hour before they actually allowed us to check out. To make matters worse, the air conditioning wasn’t working. They had to come in and replace the entire unit. There was also a leak or something in the room because the carpet was wet. On top of all that, the pool was dirty. Loved the space but very bad experience.

The pool is VERY small but kid friendly

The room was decent, my issue was that it had a major fire hazard. Which I didnt notice until check out. There were exposed wires and when made aware at check out nothing was offered to reconcile the issue.
