Pool was very clean and room was clean and well maintained

We arrived to a disconnected refrigerator and water had leaked out. Staff quickly arrived to clean the floor and confirmed fridge was working correctly.

Clean, spacious, equipped.

Hotel was nice and clean. Staff was great! Beds were truly one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. Highly recommend your stay here.

Breakfast was cold, bugs on the bed. Staff was friendly when seen in property.

The property was new and the lobby was very welcoming. I had left my water bottle at the front desk when i checked in, and i was never notified. I am surprised that the front desk clerks did not recognize that I had left my water bottle there. I had seen them two or three times after we checked in and they said nothing to me. I may be wrong, but I did not get a good feeling from the two evening front desk employees.

I thought the hotel had a great setup for complimentary breakfast. I could hear other guests walking in their rooms all night long. And heard the loud cars off the Main Street. Hardly slept from the noise of the ac as well.

Always clean and staff is Friendly No bad comments

We stayed with the baseball team and the lobby was very spacious, breakfast was good and the beds comfortable. We are definitely staying there again when traveling to laredo
