I had to contact front staff due to issues with the next door room. We were asleep And we were woken up by banging, screaming. I called front desk to notify them and they stated they would take care of it, However this continued until 11. With paying $115 dollars to stay the night and rest after my husband having a procedure done at the hospital this isn't what we expect to have to deal with especially when we called staff about it.

I never complain and never have had a problem. We showed up to the hotel, and just walking in you could tell it was older and not well maintained but we checked in anyway. We checked into our room and the bed wasn’t made, there was a used Kleenex on the dresser, the phone (that I used) was covered in sticky stuff and hair. We instantly went back to the front desk to get our money back and find somewhere else. They refused to give us our money back because we had already checked in (like we knew what we were going to walk into). They offered us a different room but we just wanted to leave, gave them the keys to our room, checked out, and left. We didn’t stay more than 10 mins in our 3 day booking and THEY DIDNT REFUND US OUR MONEY! I’ve called the manager several times and left a message but no response, besides an email from hotels.com saying they refused to refund us!!

Great location

Was on a road trip with the family. Good enough to stop and rest up before traveling.

Great place to stay! The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and parking was easy and convenient. We had a wonderful experience and will definitely come back next time.

It was a nice clean place to stay overnight for what we were here in Las Cruces for. Caleb the front desk clerk was helpful.in recommending place my daughter a new student at NMSU would find resourceful while she is in school here. Breakfast wasn’t what I expected but it was ok, can’t complain!

This was a very disappointing stay. The hotel is old and poorly maintained, and the location is not ideal. The air conditioner did not work properly, making the room uncomfortable. In the bathroom, the grout was coming off, and the shower wouldn’t close completely, causing a constant dripping noise throughout the night. The pool also looked uninviting and did not appear to be well maintained. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and I would not recommend it.

Clean and spacious room. Excellent continental breakfast. Workout room very small, hardly any workout equipment and the ac in the workout room was not working.
-
Walking distance to the PanAmerican center.

Room was clean, staff was nice, no problem with parking, but left before breakfast was served. I couldn't seem to figure out how to get the Menu or Guide to work on the TV, so I just scrolled until I found the World Cup Game

Staff very helpful and customer service
-
Location was right across from NMSU. Easy to get around town.
-
Breakfast was fresh and tasty, dining area very clean and well stocked and organized. Will stay again, as we now have a student at NMSU to visit!
-
Nice staff but very old facility. Some rough fellow overnighters. Nothing close by to eat. Breakfast was not worth risk. Coffee machine and had one sip and tossed. Outside looks nice
-
Room wasn't cleaned very well, had to ask for utensils and coffee cups. The lady had to go ask for some from the hotel next door. Sheets and blankets had holes in them and the cable went in out all day

Owner nor management gave any thought of to inform multiple customers that they were rebooked/relocated to a completely different hotel (operated by the same owner). This is not something you have a front desk employee notify customers about the night they attempt to check in; on top of being relocated to a subpar, much smaller, less amenities, outdated, and inoperable room. All this with the guise of attempting to make it seem like I (the paying customer) was getting a deal by having only $40 taken off per night....SERIOUSLY?! This is not only poor business, it's terrible management. You have lost a customer who frequents Comfort Suites consistently throughout the year; never again at this location. I honestly have nothing positive to say about my experience at this location based on poor ownership.

The layout of the bathroom was also a bit inconvenient—it was difficult to get in and out of the shower when someone was using the mirror area. Additionally, the hallway had a bag of trash at the end, which may have been left by a guest, but it looked like something staff may have overlooked. On a positive note, the parking area was جيد lit and felt safe. However, it would have been helpful if there were a sidewalk near the rock island area, so guests wouldn’t have to walk all the way around with luggage. This hotel has a lot of potential, but it would benefit from more attention to upkeep and maintenance. Would we stay here again? Maybe—but we would likely consider other options as well.

I made a mistake in booking and the staff were extremely helpful making additional accommodations.

Location was fantastic for visiting NMSU. Staff and breakfast were exceptional. One of the better breakfast buffets I have had and the staff that kept the buffet stocked and clean is what put it over the top. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is mid. The pool and workout rooms are tiny. The beds were comfortable but the pull-out couch was pretty bad...mattress was really thin and very stained. The room felt 95% clean, there were small details that made me question the cleanliness (like stepping on something sharp in the carpet). I would say it was slightly overpriced but this is my first trip to Las Cruces so I'm not sure what I should have expected for what I paid. I will probably try a different hotel next trip but not saying I would never stay here again.
