Ramada Hotel & Conference Center by Wyndham Las Cruces

Mosquitoes in room, AC did not cool well.

Good ac, clean room, nice staff, plenty of parking

The staff was friendly and the place was clean

We were not told that the restaurant & bar were closed permanently until Sept 2027 until after we were checking in. The elevator was broke. There was a 1/4 in gap around the room door. There were not coffee cups for the cofee maker. The property was run down. This was so disappointing. It was at one time a very well maintained property.

The location was great, and the hotel succeeded my expectations as it was very affordable. It is very clean, the inside is pretty and the staff was very friendly!

We stayed 2 nights. The first night the toilet didn’t work so we would have to walk to the other side of the building to use a working restroom. Told the front desk and they got the maintenance person to check, was informed at 10pm when we returned that they didn’t have the part to fix the toilet (mind you there is Lowe’s and Home Depot nearby) and luckily they had a different room we could use. So we had to pack up and move across the building. Hotel is very old, no plugs in rooms (they claim they are remodeling). First morning they had continental breakfast out including a molded bagel. The shower is not easy to get in and out of and slopes with a very slick base (my wife fell in the tub). Overall bad experience and all we got was a “sorry, I’ll tell the manager “.

Its a cute hotel but in desperate need of update/remodel. The air conditioner didn't work the best and was so noisy it would wake me up every time it kicked on. They need elevators.

My day was very comfortable. I enjoyed my room although at first I had to be moved to a different room because the room I was in just had a weird smell. I was uncomfortable with so the stuff was helpful and move me immediately to a room. I was very comfortable.

The place was very dark lit making it look older than it is. The pool smelled so strong of chlorine. There was construction going on which kept the back parking closed off making it looked desolate. The place looked lonely. Seemed like there was once a var and and restaurant. Looked like a ghost own. We were only passing along the was to Texas so no big deal for us. Sad for anyone else staying longer.

I like the homey atmosphere of this motel.

Rooms dated, poor air conditioning, leaking sinking and dirty all around. One night was more than enough of a stay.

Our suite was spacious and comfortable for myself, my granddaughter, and her friend. The beds are comfy!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad part is the cost for the room doesn't match the old feeling of the rooms because they haven't been updated. The beds are very comfortable though. The indoor pool didn't open until 10 am and closed at 8 pm not giving very much time to enjoy the amenity. The wifi was very difficult to connect to and had to ask for help to connect to it.
