Staff was rude and no breakfast like was promised

Our suite was spacious and comfortable for myself, my granddaughter, and her friend. The beds are comfy!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only bad part is the cost for the room doesn't match the old feeling of the rooms because they haven't been updated. The beds are very comfortable though. The indoor pool didn't open until 10 am and closed at 8 pm not giving very much time to enjoy the amenity. The wifi was very difficult to connect to and had to ask for help to connect to it.

Absolutely amazing my kids enjoyed our stay, staff was so helpful, I only wish the pool would be open a little longer it closed at 8 but everything was amazing 😊

The staff was completely friendly. The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the pool. And the pool was down. The restaurant left, no breakfast was served and so did the shops inside the hotel. The A/C sounded like a flight was taking off. We paid more than most of the hotels around the area for a pool. My child could not use it. The pure disappointment on his face and the cry we dealt with.

Bed was comfortable Noise from air conditioner, shower not draining properly, there was a plastic bag with white substance in the room, and getting upstairs was scary(lift to second floor had a piece of wood as you exited out over an opening).

This would have been 5 stars if the remodeling had been completed and breakfast available. Everything else was great.

Location is perfect for all my work and meeting locations. Staff is amazing from front desk to house keeping. No complaints

I like the pool and the free breakfast I wish they would of let us know that there was a $200 deposit on the website

There was a power outage while I was there. It was not the fault of the hotel but I felt that maybe I should have been notified about it. The staff was helpful in finding a solution for me though.

We never got to stay. There was a power surge hours before we got there and we're not able to stay since the entire building had not power. Desk person was excellent at handling the issue. Unfortunately we had to stay elsewhere and was very disappointed by them. I will be back and I will try you again.

This Ramada hotel in Las Cruces gives Ramada a bad name. Lobby was nice but too warm to enjoy the amenities… not sure if a/c was out? At check in, reservation agent was rude and unhelpful. It was like we interrupted her from something more important. We were told no breakfast on Wednesday morning because staff was off but Expedia said breakfast was included. Overall not great.

I stay at this Ramada every visit to Las Cruces. Very cozy, quiet, and comfy.

Rustic building Railroad tracks nearby which I was awoken a few times throughout the night when the train came through.
