Premises were well lit up and maintained. Unfortunately the bathtub was clogged only one of us was able to shower then water was not going for the rest of tour stay

DO NOT STAY HERE AT ALL. We arrived and she had told us that the room we were staying in already had people in it for like “10 mins” she said, and she didn’t have time to inspect it before we came in (should’ve been red flag #1). A clear violation of their hotel policy. We arrived into the hotel and nothing had been touched, however everything was filthy, from the shower to the bedsheets and matressing having stains to even the chairs. We immediately went down to the desk and she offered us a clean room, which was also filthy. We then asked for a refund and she said she couldn’t since we refused the “clean” room she had. So she’s keeping my money, without me even getting any service? I will be contacting choice hotels. PLEASE DONT STAY HERE, the company they keep around isn’t good either. Spend a little extra and save yourself the hassle. I have never seen an establishment be so shiesty and have such a lack of integrity, but i will be getting my money back one way or the other. BE WARNED.

Breakfast and swimming pool

When we checked in we were told by the manager, that the swimming pool opens at 8:30am the next morning. The only reason we stayed here was because I wanted to go swimming. The next morning I went to get breakfast and the front desk lady told me that the pool never opens until 10am. Checkout time is 11am so I wouldn't have enough time. I called the front desk but the lady doesn't answer because she just stays outside on lots of smoke breaks. So I had to walk all the way over to her while she's smoking. I asked if I could get a later Checkout time so that I could swim and she said that the manager would charge me $75 for a later Checkout. HUGE INCONVENIENCE and VERY DISAPPOINTING! I would never stay there again! There was also someone else's dirty bar soap in the shower on the top in the corner! NOT CLEAN! The air conditioner makes loud screeching noises all night and does not work good! VERY HOT in the room! The lock on the door needs to be fixed! Real dump! Never again! I want my money back!

They and this company stole 100 dollars from me! Neighborhood is ghetto and scary crack ville. Would not recommend this hotel or experine to anyone!!

The hotel was located near restaurants and shopping areas which was convenient. The Planet Gym was merely 10 minutes away as well. I wished the included breakfast also included hot food like scrambled eggs and other such stables.

Convenient location and affordable price The pillows were the smallest pillows I have ever seen. And were only provided 4. The vending machine ate our money.

Clean and maintained exterior building. Maintenance is importance for entire view of property. Location was a bit off beaten path from other places but still felt safe. House keeping, no shampoos or conditioners or lotions in the dispenser on walls or shower.

Four Cars in the parking lot had busted out windows, the shower head had no pressure. The shampoo bottle was empty. The Hot tub had cold green water in it, I would not recommend this place.

Convenient location White lights are too bright, property is a little decayed.

The Microwave kept tricking the lights. And the TV wouldn’t change the channel only 1 channel and none of the lights worked. And the comforter was stained
