The staff is great! The facility is quite and clean. No complaints

Oki was expecting a great stay like in Vegas.!

Nothing Dirty room and the bed was broke

I had bed bugs in my room. Complete disaster.

The laundry was dirty. Bedding and pillows.

Staff was great. They all had a good attitude wven

The room is decent and has a whole kitchen set up that was nice Our bathroom has bugs in the toilet and the bath tub dead no shower curtain

also the frint desk workers will over charge i seen with a couple of other customers ghey will tax in late fees daily even though ur paying a weekly rate or monthly rate. and that is illegal. they also wont give the customers the Tax pay back at the end of the 30 days. that is required by law. and if u dont know after 30 days u dont have to pay tax anymore and ur supposed to get a tax refund from the hotel. so the manager is skimming money adding extra then pocketing. this hotel is so currupt im hlad i got kicked out before they can do the same to me.

Very unclean. There was a massive stain on the bed, Food on the bed frame, stains on the walls, and the floors were horrible.

The location. I didn't like the beds. There was no pool and NO BREAKFAST for the price I paid.

It was good location

When checking in it took 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The hallways smelled like smoke. The beds are glorified cots. The towels were dirty. Will never stay there again.

Everything was extremely dirty, and the bed was disgusting. It was so bad that we had to buy our own.

The staff is very understanding and helpful.
