Hotel Encanto de Las Cruces

Cons: My room wasn't cleaned well - especially the bathroom. My room and the overall building were dated.

The pool was fantastic! My sister and brother-in-law stayed somewhere else and came to our pool because it was better. My BIL said I chose correctly and next time he comes to town he is booking here. The rooms were comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious. We had the Huevos Rancheros with Christmas (red chili sauce and green chili sauce) Sauce and the French Toast which came out looking like a magical dessert instead of breakfast. Customer Service was friendly and helpful. I will definitely stay here again. Honestly? Everything was great.

Best hotel I’ve ever been to! So many great food options around it and even a great restaurant inside. The atmosphere is amazing! Definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Mexico.

We stay here every year, so far twice a year. Very comfortable beds and rooms! The pool and hot tub are always clean and all the staff is very pleasant.

I would have put 5 stars but neighbors were up laughing and partying until 2am. Otherwise, amazing hotel! Would stay again!

Please consider opening the pool later. Quiet hours for adults would be amazing

Amazing stay. Wonderful property, however, the staff made our stay phenomenal! Rooms spacious and comfortable. The spa and staff were amazing! This will be the only hotel we stay at when visiting Las Cruces.

Hotel Encato is the only place that I’ve even felt welcome in las cruces. It’s impeccably clean. They go above and beyond for their clients. Highly recommend.

This was a great facility with its own restaurant and cantina. We enjoyed the convenience of having diner and breakfast just steps away. The staff and food were wonderful.

The staff was wonderful! An extra shout out to Martha and Max. They took excellent care of us at a recent conference at the hotel. Perfect venue for the NMAR Fall Conference.

We were really just there to sleep, but the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly checking in and checking out.

Also, in the King Suite, it's a little annoying that there isn't a freely available outlet for charging a phone by the bed. I had to reach behind the bed and unplug the alarm clock to use its outlet.
