Beautiful rooms and amazing staff

The pool area was very nice. We had breakfast there 1 morning and it was very good.

Lovely hot tub and heated pool.

There was no Refrigerator or Microwave in the room. Could get but at an additional cost.

It was a beautiful time The only down side was there were some unsupervised young children in the pool who made it hard for any one else to be there

Another gorgeous Heritage Property. The public areas feature amazing antique furniture and paintings. The pool and restaurant and beautiful. Did not eat there so can't comment but will say there is no other hotel/motel in Cruces that comes close.

The property is in a good location and is quaint, but a little dated. The restaurant is not open every night, so we couldn't count on that as an option. Also, there is limited seating in the main restaurant and if there's bad weather the outside is shut down. We had to ask for our toiletries in the shower to be filled, as well as request extra towels and Kleenex and water because our room was not serviced, There was no indication our room wouldn't be serviced/made up, so not sure if that was supposed to happen or not. In looking at the FAQs, they are outdated as far as the restaurant goes, apparently they are working toward a rebranding there.

Bathroom door stuck so every time we were coming in and out of the restroom made loud noise. Closet folding door wouldn’t shut all the way felt like it was busted so didn’t wanna push too hard. Assuming when the housekeeping was cleaning the room next to us, you can smell all the chlorine coming into our room. Housekeeping did not come the last full day we were there so we had a call and ask for towels since it was already later in the day and pile up the trash that we had. We ate at the restaurant for a dinner celebration, and it was delicious! Shannon was very friendly. Max is definitely a gem! She lights up a room. She is very friendly, caring and energetic! Glad she was there when we were there on our trip! I hope the hotel knows they have a terrific employee. She truly provides a customer experience.

The staff is excellent. I was very warmly greeted. Parking is not secure with minimal security over night. The bedding and ample towels were very nice but the room was not as clean as I would expect. It needed a deep clean, dusting and the corners, etc. I did not use the pool but it looked very inviting. The food and service at the bar was very good. The staff is what makes this place nice in my opinion. I would just recommend an upgrade to the housekeeping procedures.

I had to call the front desk on two different days to get more blanco sucre and cream. The rooms desperately need a refrigerator and microwave! The hotel is near everything, but I wouldn't return because it's too outdated.

Great place the property was beautiful and had a good vibe staff was friendly and helpful will definitely come back

Room was clean and comfortable. the cons, not enough plugs and the body wash was near empty. Staff at the bar area where i got my morning coffee were great. Checking was fast.

also could use a better hair conditioner in shower, did not even take out tangles. pool area very nice and pleasant. could have had complimentary coffee in lobby

Good stay, but nothing great. Restaurant and bars closed at odd times and a distance from town. Friendly and helpful staff.

The room was clean. When we first got to our floor it looked liked housekeeping had not been by yet. There was a lot of stuff in the hallway.

It is a beautiful space without question. But there is no fridge and no gym. Major disappointments. We also had to change rooms because the first one smelled of cigarette smoke.
