Room was clean but kind of small the restroom also kind of small but clean , air conditioner didn’t work the best

I asked for some outdoor space if there were any patios or balconies available and was graciously provided a quaint little room with a small patio enclosed with a pony wall. I appreciate that. I appreciated the quiet location of the room and the convenient location of the property. The pool area is pretty and seems to have adequate space. I did not eat at either restaurant. My room was less than desired. Carpet was dirty, bench had a giant questionable drop off something running down the cushion. Furniture was old which I don't mind but not clean it maintained. Double door to patio had basic door lock. Not so secure. I left an empty lemonade cup on my night stand and had a major ant infestation by morning. Love the tile floors( except when luggage carts are rolling over then at 5 in the morning) and ambience but I was disappointed.

Room was clean, staff was very polite and helpful, the hotel grounds and interior decorating were gorgeous, we’ll be back.

The property is very nice and clean. But the rooms did not have a microwave or fridge. I learned later after 4 days at the hotel, that I could have asked for a fridge and microwave. It was never mentioned when I checked in. I stayed for 6 days. The person at the desked should have offered or give us an overview of the hotel. No was given. She gave us our keys and sent us on our way. I have never stayed at a hotel with 2 full size beds instead of queen size beds. That is new to me. It was a nice fancy looking hotel with no amenities. Will not be staying here again.

We went into our room, and there were dirty clothes and a condom in the room. Never received a phone call from management; a little disappointed

Ok

Pool area was busy with no control from staff seen people with beer bottles in the water little kids in the hot tub. Great location. Rooms were clean but lack some amenities like a fridge or microwave.
-
Toilet seat and fixtures in the bathtub needed adjustment and/or updates.
-
It is a nice hotel but it definitely needs a renovation—everything is very outdated and old.
-
Beautiful property! The rooms were a little small but were comfortable.

Nice place. Nice people. Got plenty of Rest!!

There is coffee for 2, sugar for 1. The location was great, the cleaning crew needs to be more thorough in maintaining the rooms.

Very beautiful hotel on the outside

Staff was great. Location very visually appealing. AC in room was a bit loud.

Two overnight stays while traveling to and from California. Staff is very helpful. I would stay here again. Cultural decor is well put together and makes the hotel not like the sterile lobbies/hallways/rooms we are used to. Only downside is this hotel is a little older and it shows a little in some ways but I’d definitely stay here again. I should also note I scouted out the area because I’m from out of town and didn’t want to find myself in an unsafe area/location. This hotel was recommended as a good option by a retired Las Cruces police officer I know.

They stopped serving coffee at 7:00 am We got to the desk a couple minutes after 7. They should serve coffee at least until 8 or 9. That being said, the gentleman at the desk took me into the dining room and got my husband and I a cup of coffee to go free of charge. That was really nice.
