Hampton Inn Tropicana

Marion the customer service was very nice and helpful and professional. All cisterns service desks were great and very nice. My husband and was there last week . If I go back I’m Vegas I might stay at the Hampton again.

Smelled amazing and breakfast was delicious staff beyond amazing

I was really torn between a four and a five star review. The stay was really nice. Everything was clean. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was really good every morning. I guess my only complaint would be the parking. Had a couple mixups in the beginning of our stay which my credit card was charged multiple times. Still do not understand why they charge for parking when they are off of the strip, and there was more than enough parking for everyone.

The hotel did not have the king size bed that I needed so they could not accommodate my request. I tried to cancel it but they did not cancel the reservation even though they did not have what we needed. This is not an ethical business practice.

The hotel was Very nice and clean except the elevator was slow and one elevator door not working properly out of service more like perfect to stay I recommend for everyone choose this hotel to stay

Only issue I had was my A/C was not working properly at 11:30pm. I called the front desk, maintenance arrived in 10 minutes, and I was placed in another room within 15 minutes. Customer service to the fullest!

I was impressed with the front desk staff. When I asked about a needle and thread she quickly found a small travel pack for me. She went out of her way!

Speedy check in even in the late night hour. Breakfast was ready and good at 6 am

Easy to get to. Away from the strip but close enough to get to the strip! Loved the free breakfast! Clean room and easy, convenient parking! Will definitely stay here again when in Vegas!

Good breakfast, cleaning personnel good! Front desk personnel a little rude at check in, but helpful later on. Toilet paper too rough feeling.

Great location! Easily walk to the strip and also close to allegiance Stadium. Great staff, free breakfast, clean rooms.

Not well maintained, cracks in the ceiling, the AC is too loud, small rooms, too crowded, only two elevators that take forever.
