The location is close to Allegiant stadium. About a .5 mile walk, so it is convenient. Staff waa not verry helpful and didnt seem like they wanted to work. They do not clean your room unless upu stay more than 3 days. Breakfast food was trash. If you need more sheets or towels walk down to the front desk and they MIGHT give you 1 set.

Everything was really good from check-in to check out. Front desk team members were very helpful especially Tyler. He went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience at this hotel.

I was only there for 24 hours for a concert, but everything experienced in that 24 hours was awesome! Super clean property and rooms, plus the staff was all very nice. Short walk to allegiant Stadium and right across the street from the strip so location was perfect.

Clean room, great breakfast, easy to get to the stadium and other nearby places. Room was nice with a fridge. Microwave, dishwasher. Overall a great experience. Wish it had a bar and restaurant inside.

Friendly and helpful front office associates, especially Ryan. Clean room, easy access to the property. Short distance to the Strip.

the place was comfy and unfortunately I had a family emergency and had to leave a day earlier than expected.

Great hotel, would strongly recommend! Very clean room, large and plenty of space. Comfy bed, pillows not as bad as most hotel rooms. Breakfast was good, several options.

Exceptional

Location was convenient to walk to stadium and was able to walk to dinner. Breakfast was decent and eating area clean. Friendly staff. Room had a nice look. I didn’t see any hairs anywhere so that’s a major plus. Great work on that. Highly efficient ac. Paying extra for parking at a hotel YOU’RE ALREADY PAYING TO STAY AT Is tantamount to a hidden charge. Your room just became more expensive by any amount the hotel decides to charge and the customer is effectively trapped (where else are they going to park now that they drove from out of state to get there?). So that leaves a bad taste in your customers’ mouth and sets a bad tone for the stay and a bad overall first impression for your hotel and brand. I understand it may be common practice, but it gives the customer a reason to hate you all and therefore no reason to have loyalty. The one who doesn’t do it gives people a reason to like them. The water pressure on the bathroom sink was a comical trickle. Thankfully the kitchen sink worked better. There were stains and small bits of things on the ceiling. That’s the only thing that weirded me out a bit. The ac was highly efficient, but there was no way to escape it when I was in bed, it hit me directly. I could cover up, but not my head. Also, the bathroom door directly adjacent to the head of the bed can create issues: the obvious, plus the light hits directly to the face when someone is up and the other is trying to sleep.

Everything was great. My only concern was they control the AC and I had to call twice to have them lower the temperature or release it to me so i could control it. That was taken care of and we were pleased!

Breakfast was great and parking also.

Stayed for four nights. Nice place, but they needed multiple reminders to clean the room. They should add this to hotel profile that they don’t clean rooms so we are aware before booking.
