No Room Access: Upon arrival, we were informed that due to ongoing construction, no room keys were available. For our entire three-day stay, we had to wait for a staff member to manually unlock our door every single time we wanted to enter our room. This was an unacceptable breach of basic hospitality and security. Broken EV Charging Stations: Prior to arrival, management confirmed that there were three working charging stations on-site. However, they failed to mention that the stations were completely broken. We left our vehicle plugged in for three hours only to find it hadn't charged at all, disrupting our travel plans. Disruptive Renovation Noise: The hotel was undergoing heavy renovations during our stay. The noise was unbearable, with non-stop pounding and drilling directly above our room throughout the day. We were completely blindsided by these conditions. Had we been notified of the lack of keys or the heavy construction beforehand, we would have booked elsewhere. Given the severe lack of basic amenities and peace, I am requesting a [partial/full] refund for our stay. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution.

The door keys were not working in any of the rooms so we had to have someone let us in initially. We had 5 people in the room so we did not need assistance after that.

We enjoyed our stay. Staff was wonderful and kind. Would have appreciated a little more options for breakfast, and daily room service with beds made would have been nice. Apparently they do it every 2 days

Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. But it was nice to have the kitchen and sitting area to relax after a warm morning at camp for our son.

Loved my stay, the girls at the front were so sweet and helpful! They have a shuttle to the strip but it ONLY goes to the ARIA. Pick up is at the Buddah! Our driver was really nice! One of the guy at the front (moreno) was a little rude.

Overall for a quick one night stay, the place was well maintained and looked great. It was very clean. Breakfast was great. Only negative would be that parking is not free but I understand given the proximity to the strip. If we go back, we would definitely stay there!

The Negatives about our stay was, the dumpsters full of old mattresses & trash right outside of the front hotel lobby entrance the entire time of our stay and it smelled. The driveway area to the entrance of the lobby was blocked off. We went to the breakfast area downstairs at approximately 8:58 a.m. the potatoes were gone and I asked the lady in the kitchen area named Maria if there would be any more coming out, she stated "yes in 10 minutes", I thanked her and waited. After waiting and serving myself potatoes I went to the ketchup bottles which were empty. Due to the language barrier I spoke to Maria Spanish for her to understand me better and asked her if there was any more ketchup. Her answer was "I will get some but I can't be in two places at one time" this was rude but I proceeded to apologize because I understood she was busy but that's not a good response for customer service. The other issue I had was the parking. I had to pay for parking each time I left the parking structure and didn't find out I needed to have a pass for the day before I left. Therefore I paid close to $100 in parking for

Location was pretty good and away from the busy Casinos, but still pretty close to Allegiant Stadium I didn’t get the large 2-Queen Suite that I had paid for, the Front Desk told me they had Sold Out of it. We arrived early and was told our room (Suite) wasn’t ready. They said to come back in the afternoon and we did. But when we arrived, they gave us a room (not a Suite) and that’s when we were told they were “Sold Out” of the Suite I originally Reserved and Paid for. They offered me a Discount but the room wasn’t ready still “too small” for the 4 of us as my friend and her son had to sleep on the Sofa Bed and NOT the Queen Bed that was in my original Reservation. I even called a few nights before my arrival and spoke to the front desk. She even told me that I reserved a good room (Upgraded to a 2-Queen Bed Suite) but that’s NOT what I got when I checked in. I have NEVER been so disappointed in my Room Reservations as I did with this one. I hope your hotel guests never have to experience what I did. We looked forward to this Trip (for the BTS Concert) for months. Only to find out my friend and her son had to sleep on a small, not so comfy sofa bed instead of a Queen Bed. Now that’s very disappointing and upsetting. I honestly feel I should get some kind of “Room Compensation” for the frustration your Front Desk employee had put us through. It was (2) young while girls.

We stayed at Homewood for a week with two kids. The hotel is located about ten minutes away from the strip in a relatively quiet area. We had a very spacious room that almost felt like a condo, and we loved having the dining area and the kitchen. The staff were nice and helpful. When we ran out of towels or had a small issue with the kitchen sink, they immediately sent help. The shuttle bus to the strip is definitely a bonus if you're looking to save on parking fees. Our only complaint is the breakfast food. It felt repetitive after a few days. The pool was nice and clean. All in all, if you're looking for a quiet family vacation on a budget, this is a great place to stay.

We had plenty of room to stretch out and relax without feeling cramped. The layout was incredibly functional, giving everyone their own space to unwind after a busy day of exploring. The customer service here is top-notch. Every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help with a smile. They truly made us feel at home.

Spacious room I thought the property was “renovated” not under renovation. I would have stayed somewhere else

I stayed in one of the newly-updated rooms and it was fantastic. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. The location just off the strip was perfect. Excellent experience and I would absolutely stay here again.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

very nice hotel , good breakfast too far from the strip

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It is very nice property, clean and kind staff. It has spacious rooms and great breakfast. It is close to the strip.

  • Engine customer Jun 2026

It is an ordinary experience. Staff is helpful, but the hotel lacks in cleanliness and amenities are just ok.

  • Engine customer May 2026

I liked how we had a kitchen and everything was neat and organized for us when we arrived. The free breakfast was great and they offered a lot of options. The staff was friendly and helped us get checked in.

The staff was very helpful. We ran into a little hiccup with our stay and they were so helpful in getting it figured out.
