4 stars due to access cards not working from the pool area back to the hotel and no pool towels available either. Front desk staff were so accommodating and professional, but service crew from the kitchen during breakfast were not so polite, they were not welcoming guests and if you asked them something they looked like bothered.

Everything was good other than not having a quarter machine in the laundry room and staff was not able to change out $10 into quarters

Rooms were clean and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast had so many options and was kid friendly too. I highly recommend it specially is traveling with family.

The room was clean and staff was very friendly, but pool gate wasn't working properly and the gym was in renovation and it wasn't informed before we reserved.

We were there , on Friday July 31, and their systems where down , and we had to find some other place, and they told us that they will refund us all the money, but we haven’t heard about our money back, please be careful with this situations

Front desk morning crew had a lady i forgot her name but she wear glasses. OMG she was the best as for as helping and have things taken care of. Cleaning crew was good. Breakfast was great. Parking i paid $20 a night. Me and my three children we had a great time. My children loved the family suite.

Awesome and welcoming staff, free nice breakfast and very clean room and swimming pool. No free parking for guests.
