Nellis Suites at Main Gate Hotel

The rooms smelled bad and were run down. This was nothing like the website showed. It felt very unsafe just walking to the room. I was very upset and disappointed!! I have a video I would love to share. I have filed A complaint and requested a refund.

The dishes were removed from the kitchen. Why have a kitchen, if you have no pots, pans and dishes?

Carpet was definitely old. I just pretended that the Rat Pack used to walk on it....

I did not like the fact that i didn't have a reservation when i arrived. I did not like the girl at the desk. She was not professional with the individual in front of me. She was rude and confrontational.

Room was small and not that clean

Couch was filthy. Dilapidated. Itched for 2 days after.

The pool and hot tub are nice. Free Parking and in-room WiFi. The kitchen area is nice. The room is okay at the most. The bedroom is seperate from the living room but there's no TV in the bedroom so no watching TV in bed. You have to watch the old tube TV from an old worn out love seat in the living area. The matress is worn out on the bed:(

no elevator for a 3 story motel, no continental breakfast, coffee pot and coffee in room but no cups, creamer, sugar, ect

My kids enjoyed the pool in the heat. The lady who checked me in the first night was rude but everyone else was vey helpful. Don't forget your amenities because they charge for those items.

Lots of rift-raft around, but comfortable beds and the price was okay.

I really didn't have high expectations w my last minute reservations for the cheapest room I could find available, I was really surprised the room was great it was big and clean more like an apartment than a hotel close to stores and freeway I loved everything about it we originally wanted to be on the strip but I'm glad we didn't this was a much Better place to unwind

Full size fridge and stove and micro in room. Pool and pool deck was clean and water was good temp. Sketchy neighborhood. I was worried about my rental car getting broken into. This 100 yards from the Nellis AFB front gate so if you need quick access to the base it is a good spot. If you dont like jet noise you'll need earplugs.
