Renaissance Las Vegas Hotel

Wish there was some dining options within walking distance, but at least it's right next to the Monorail and the Vegas loop for easy transport.

The staff were nice, they provided free water, and the hotel is super close to the South Hall of the convention center. Just a couple of minor issues: the coffee machine was missing its drip tray, and the shower head pressure was way too strong with no way to adjust it.

The room was very nice. Parking was expensive and quite a hike to the room. No luggage cart. Very inconvenient. Staff not friendly, sort of snooty. Not our kind of place. Map shows it is close to Sphere, walking distance even. Not true. After pre paying on Expedia we owed more at hotel. Our concert was cancelled and we could not change reservations at hotel. We had to cancel and rebook and rely on trip insurance to get money back. Only rebooked at Renaissance for location. As it turned out it was not the most convenient.

First time staying here. Very clean rooms with a nice separate bath and shower. The pool was cozy and not crowded. We got some free drink vouchers and were able to check in early then check out later due to our flight times.

Very nice, clean and quiet hotel! The pool is tiny. This is a good hotel to stay if you are here for a convention since it’s located right next door.

The Renaissance. From check-in to check-out, our experience was lovely. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and the housekeeping staff was amazing. Meals at Zio were delicious and we loved our waitstaff (Marcy in the morning and Anthony in the evening). Bravo, Renaissance!

BEWARE of theft!!! My personal device was stolen from my room. Housekeep cleared out my room prior to my check out time. Security said nothing was in my room. So I think staff stole my belongings. The general manager never contacted me to discuss the incident. Security said they will not do anything about it. Don’t stay at this location.

Once Expedia updated it, Rachel claimed she couldn't see it. When I tried to hand her my phone to speak with Expedia, she refused and demanded they call the hotel landline. She then disappeared into the back office to take the call. Expedia tried calling multiple times, but the line resulted in a dead tone and never went through. Instead of coming back to help, Rachel completely abandoned us. She never showed up again, leaving my son and me stranded at the front desk. We were left in limbo until another gentleman on the hotel staff finally appeared and successfully helped us check in. Rachel’s behavior showed a complete lack of respect, empathy, and professionalism. To abandon a guest with a child in the middle of the night because a phone line didn't work is unacceptable for a Marriott property. Management needs to address this severe lack of hospitality.

It is very important to have breakfast included for me. We are traveling with my 4-year old son who is very complicated to be feed. This hotel was a "breakfast included" option. And, actually, right now when I am planning my next trip it is the same. But breakfast was not included. We were offered to order it "a la cart".
