Home2 Suites by Hilton Las Vegas Convention Center

Amazing pool and breakfast! Larger room compared to other properties!

Excellent

Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. Staff is friendly. Breakfast was ok. Location to strip is very good.

Daily breakfast was also very good...room was nice and helpful and friendly staff...

Exceptional

Staff great

I loved not having to stay at a casino because I came to town for a show. Had a large refrigerator, microwave and dishes to use in room. Great place for longer stay.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. Room was very clean

Clean and well taken care of, breakfast 10/10👍

Very good

Clean, safe and very nice! I do not have anything

Exceptional

Exceptional

At breakfast trash cans full and tables durty and unorganized

First room was not clean so staff switch to another room which was okay too . For morning breakfast there was no utensils and cream cheese or other things. Over crowded and food was not available on time

Breakfast was fresh with multiple food choices. Our floor, the 5th floor, had a overly chemical air freshener smell.

The experience at check-in was just as unpleasant. The gentleman at the front desk had a very bad attitude throughout the entire check-in process and even threw my card and ID back to me rather than handing them back respectfully. Overall, the cleanliness, food quality, and customer service were all far below what I expected. I would not recommend staying here based on my experience.

Superb

Great stay! Room was roomy and comfortable. Breakfast was a plus. Will definitely come back again!

Loved the hotel and room, my only problem was the room I went in wasn’t like the picture of the room I ordered . Online it shows it had a bed in seperate room from living room and the kitchen was another room. It wasn’t it was all one with a curtain in between.
