Love the pool! Clean hotel and room. Breakfast was simple and awesome. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. We were assigned to room 634, and the AC was not working when we checked in. Called the front desk; the AC tech came and tried to fix the AC. Still not working, and we were transferred to a new room, 611, with a pool and City view. Thank you for being very quick and efficient.

the aluminumhandlesuse to assist in getting in and out of pool get very hot and someone could receive a severe burn. I mention it the desk clerk and he immediately call maintenance to see what could be done to cure to issue. I would definitely give the staff and management 6 stars. I would also suggest they get some some soccer balls or beach balls for the pool, I brought one and everyone in pool wanted to toss it around. Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel and would definitely stay there should I come to Vegas again.

Good location Staff

The property was very conveniently located to the convention center. Made it easy to walk to our event. The hotel was decent for the price. Only complaint is both days they ran out of clean plates for breakfast and no one was in a hurry to wash and bring out clean ones. There were several of us waiting for 15 minutes. I thought it was just because we were close to breakfast being over but the same thing happened the next morning when we went an hour earlier. The pool was a nice area, just overly crowded as the hotel was full and the weather was hot. There were no clean pool towels despite the pool just opening for the day. As is typical in Las Vegas, one block seems like a nice area but the next street over has run down apartments, homelessness, drug addicts, etc. It was no different here across the street from the hotel although the hotel itself felt safe and mostly clean.

The staff and hotel were really nice. One thing about the breakfast is that they didn’t have enough plates both mornings. Breakfast was really good though.

The property was ideal for my trip next to the convention center.

This is my favorite Hampton Inn. The staff is so nice and welcoming. I have stayed there multiple times. And every time I enjoy myself. Plus the breakfast is delicious.

Everything was good

We were not happy with the handicap room. I guess the person who check us in thought he would waive the parking fee to compensate us. But, didn’t tell us until we got to the room, when we called to ask about the room for two normal person because when we took a shower the whole bathroom was wet I slipped a few times and that was not good. They got upset and charge us for the parking and because we left about 10 min after check out they charged a whole extra day for parking.
