Love that breakfast was includes

The room was nice but not well-upgraded with old rug, sofa, and AC was too loud. Also, noise insulation was not so great that we could hear sounds from outside and next rooms.

I had a wonderful stay in this hotel. If you want a Sphere view room, ask for it in advance.

Found a big ball of hair in the tub drain. Toilet backed up. Womens restroom in the lobby was filthy. Every stall was backed up and dirty. One of the shuttle drivers was very rude to everyone while driving and overspoke The entire ride.

The best part is the location though. Just a short 10-12min walk from the Sphere.

Breakfast

It was a terrible stay, the toilet was clogged and the Embassy Suites Convention Center Las Vegas didn't fix it 30 minutes before we checked out. Imagine a hotel stay without a toilet you can use. That happened to us.

Bathroom sink was clogged, in addition there is an $18/day parking fee.

Very good breakfast. Affordable place to stay in Vegas with kids. Nice pool and fitness center. ACCESSIBLE. The complimentary happy hour reception is always a plus.

We booked a suite for more space, but the room was dirty! They only provided three towels, even though the room was for five people! The carpet was torn! The balcony door wouldn't close! There was water damage on the bathroom ceiling! The sink was clogged! The air conditioning didn't cool the room enough, no matter how low you set it.

Nice large suite, clean. The whole hotels within an indoor atrium that is climate controlled and the breakfast is awesome. Great for a family.

The hotel is an older structure but then again older hotels had their own unique look. Was a welcome change from all the other newer hotels. Room was big with a living room and a separate room with a conference room table, Very spacious, Staff including the Restaurant staff was friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay.

Hotel rooms are little outdated.
