Shalimar Hotel of Las Vegas

UNSAFE & DIRTY !! Someone pulled fire alarm at 5 AM Monday morning and the entire hotel guests were up. It took over 30 minutes to get ahold of an owner and it still took another 30 minutes to get the alarm to turn off. A man had pulled the fire alarm and hid himself in the hotel elevator and the front desk agent and another guest were trying to get him out. Bathrooms were dirty the only good thing is housekeeping changes your towels and trash .

No irons in room and also couldn’t find me one. Staff was nice, the place is obviously old. There’s smell. It’s not updated. But it’s kind of expected. I guess it just served with the basics.

The room is quite large, the air conditioner is a bit old and noisy, parking is convenient but far from the room, and the corridor is very long.

This hotel was amazing I booked the wrong date and they had no problem changing it to the right one was very clean and the people who worked there are very kind and friendly even let my autistic son swim in the pool for 30 min after it was closed I will stay here every time I come to Vegas

The parking lot is not secure anyone can go in the lot, at any time and Noone questions it. There were alot of locals that were up to no good parking there.

Breakfast was well prepared and easily available.

Decent rooms that were clean. Mattress could be better.

On the blvd Pool pool closes way to soon

Dirty room tv sucks

This property has poor maintenance, it’s really old, rooms smell bad, carpet is dirty, small parking lot, I don’t recommend it at all, ☹️
