Very noisy neighborhood with no soundproof windows made sleeping difficult, and disappointed by the lack of fitness room/amenities.

Breakfast

Parking was easy but I wondered how secure it would be - it is an open lot with exits at front and back. Broken TV, air conditioner thermostat didn’t work so I had to wake up to turn off when it got too hot or too cold, cherry on the top was being woken at 4:00 in the morning by, as reception described it, a faulty smoke alarm.

Great location to explore the Arts District areas many breweries and restaurants. The staff was exceptionally warm and helpful. The on-site restaurant was super convenient with delicious food. I loved the free variety of breakfast snacks and beverages provided in the lobby every morning. Especially the flavor fusion waters for the hots days out. I would definitely be staying here again.

Totally recommend staying here! The hotel is very chic, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the overall experience was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was helpful, but the room was so cold at night due to air-conditioning, which was fine but not any heavy comforters or blankets. I had to call down to the front desk to get more blankets and they sent up a few thin ones, but my opinion is that should have been a second layer and should have had a heavier comforter on the bed. The security officer brought it up to us, which was helpful. The property was clean and they cleaned the room daily and delivered fresh towels, which was great.

They are lots to do just walking distance from the Hotel The room had an odor upon entrance. There was not a lot of parking. They also charged $75 a night for pets

One of the best hotel I’ve ever live in. The staffs are so friendly and awesome. Just a thing is the bathroom is transparent from the outside

Fun location, walkable to the Fremont Experience. Rooms were updated and comfortable.
