Element by Marriott Las Vegas Symphony Park

I traveled with my partner and my dog, and the hotel was just a great choice. We felt comfortable and welcome. We had a great time.

Unfortunately, the room conditions made the stay difficult. The 1st room had a broken closet rod in the full-length wardrobe, making it unusable for hanging business clothing. It was also uncomfortably warm. The thermostat reading 76–77°F and the A/C not cooling. When I tried to call the front desk, the phone wasn’t working, so I walked downstairs to ask for assistance. They has a technician come look at the A/C and he confirmed it was not functioning. I was then moved to a 2nd room on the same floor. While the temperature began to drop, it only reached 74°F. The bathroom and fridge still had leftovers from the previous guest. After calling the desk, the staff apologized and went to pre-inspect another room. I was relocated a 3rd time. This room was clean, yet the shower drain cover was sitting in the middle of the shower. I had to move the metal piece myself to take a shower, even though I’d been told the room was inspected. As for the A/C, thermostat read 67°F but it never felt close to that temp and stayed too warm to sleep comfortably. Frustrated and tired I just made it through the two nights and will not be going back.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel with our family. The staff at reception was amazing and so welcoming, thanks David, and the same at the Starbucks and at breakfast as well, the omelette was delicious and choice of food as well including non dairy and gluten free was great. Rooms are spacious, cleaned, super quiet and bathrooms amenities lovely, lived the smell of the shoer gel! Parking is next door so super handy as well, and the pool is a bliss as a jacuzzi. Definitely recommend it and will book again when back in Vegas.

Excellent Room hearter fan was very too loud and regulating the temp was a challenge.

The motor/blower was very noisy and right above bed. Could not sleep due to 80 Dba noise. Other than that major issue the rest of everything at hotel was great. Room was great and so was staff. We just stayed 1 night so did not want to move to another room just suffered thru noisy AC blower/motor.

Very clean hotel and rooms, extremely friendly staff and the breakfast was made to order.

Everything was great. One of the best breakfasts in its league.

We went there as a family and took my elderly mother with us (Ages varying 14, 21, 35, 48, 54 and 76 yrs. old) we loved the smell of lavender once you walked into the building at the lobby. The atmosphere was amazing seeing other dogs with their owners was nice to see well obedient dogs. The place was very clean, quiet and had all the amenities we needed for our 4 day stay there. Breakfast was excellent better than most other hotels I have stayed at.

Second, this Element has a paid chef to make everyone an individual breakfast in the morning. The options included a scramble on weekdays, and pancakes on the weekends. This differs from other Elements because it wasn’t buffet style. If I had been traveling without children, this would have been an attractive option. With children, they were grumpy at having to wait in line, and even more grumpy that this meant fewer choices for food in the morning. Overall, we will likely not be staying here again as a family. If you are traveling solo, and wish to avoid the hustle of other Vegas hotels, this is a great option.

Love our room with kitchenette, clean, pretty, modern. All staff was friendly. Complementary breakfast was very good, omelets, pancakes, fruit, yogurt bar, bagels, English muffins, bread and muffins, juice, tea and coffee. Ping pong and Pool table available.

Clean and modern

James the concierge was phenomenal! He helped us secure concert tickets for the Smith Performing Arts Center and had great restaurant recommendations. Both bartenders in the lounge- Faria and Tawny- were fun, friendly and exceptional!
