AC Hotel by Marriott Las Vegas Symphony Park

Location. Booking.com said it included breakfast but the hotel said it did not, so had to deal with that and had to make multiple efforts to get what I paid for. Eventually, manager apologized and sorted it out. I reported the problem to Booking.com and never heard back.

Very clean room, and great friendly staff. Other than a mini fridge, which is quite convenient, be prepared for spartan room amenities. No dresser at all. Only a single narrow drawer in the room. Great for travelers used to "living out of a suitcase" instead of putting clothes away in their room.

The parking garage is right next to the hotel and just steps from the entrance to the hotel. I felt very safe and comfortable and the staff was very pleasant. I enjoyed my stay very much and highly recommend the AC Marriott Bonvoy hotel.

Make sure to walk the facility. Be sure to ask the staff where certain things are that you might not notice at first glance. It’s a really nice new facility, and everyone is pretty helpful and friendly. I would just say this place is more family-friendly, but there are still plenty of things here that adults (solo travelers) like myself would enjoy.

Hotel looks brand new. Everything was perfect. Would stay here again in Las Vegas if you like taking a rest from the business of the strip.

The staff was great. For the most part the room was really clean. The toilet seat was loose and the room got kind of hot during the day. We had a balcony so that may have been what caused the room to get hot and our blinds didn’t close all of the way so it was bright in the morning. Minor things that wouldn’t keep me from staying there again

Location is a few blocks from Fremont Street Experience, directly across the World Market Center LV. Hotel is fairly new, it is basically shared lobby, restaurants, gym & pool with 2 hotels (Elements & AC Marriott Symphony Park). I stayed at AC Marriott, the central AC unit is so LOUD, there’s no way to reduce the noise, at the last night the AC unit completely stopped working at 1AM, the room temp. increased and it was impossible to sleep. I had to call and requested an urgent room change. Luckily I can switch to the room next door.

Loved the room setups and how comfy the beds are along with the room temperature was perfect of cold for my check into a vegas hotel was glad to see my room was nice and chilled. The staff helped me out when I even had a darn cricket somehow inside my vent of the room. They quickly moved me to another room. I was almost in deep sleep when the cricket started to sing loudly. They hotel staff even helped bring me tea to help relax to sleep more. I definitely would like to stay here again minus the cricket as a roommate lol. The games up front are cool and smoking area up front is perfect too I don't smoke but great seating areas with fireflies. And they have a great Starbucks staff too. The food was delicious very quickly of serving my meal. Pool temperature was perfect for a quick dip. And loved the silence away from all the chaos on main strip. For being pet friendly hotel is also very clean too 👌. My friends loved my stream to them of my stay now they all plan to book a room here too on our next trip to Vegas for Anime Las Vegas event held across the street at the convention center. Thank you again staff.
