AC Hotel by Marriott Las Vegas Symphony Park

Pros: front staff Lauren was great at check in, and the cook in the restaurant was amazing food was amazing I had the elote and the burger and fries. I liked the $15 dollar a day food credit. Breakfast was good as well. Cons: my sheet had a stain on it. Also the 4th floor ice machine did not work and my room was right across from it but I had to go to another floor to get ice, very inconvenient. I put in a request to fix it but it was not fixed by the time I checked out.

And this morning breakfast was ok, but there was a SCREW inside the red onions, I had to the cook and she went and replaced it with fresh onions, but she never changed her GLOVES....check the video cameras ....

Good The shower floor is slippery and there was no grab bar to hold onto. The in room coffee supplies were in adequate and the cream curdled.

room was spacious and clean, bed was comfy, near fremont street so great to be able to experience that at night, complimentary $15 a day to use in starbucks was a nice touch! quite far from the strip, parking is $35 a night - should be included in room price as it was quite expensive to book anyway

All the staff where very nice The continental break was close when we arrived 5 minutes after ten. We weren’t the only guests were disappointed, because our check out time was at 12.

It's though free breakfast only one ice machine per floor and it didn't work. Kids or somebody stomping on top of my head.

The only downside is that it is further from most of the attractions but it is also very quiet!

Decent hotel. No complimentary morning coffee sans the sorry coffee pods in the room.

Disappointing

Great property and helpful staff! It’s conveniently close to a terrific outlet mall, and not far from Fremont St.

All good, exterior men’s bathroom @ Pool area needs a quick adjustment.
