I called a week ahead (and again the day of arrival) to arrange a 1 AM check-in. Despite that, the after-hours number on the door didn't reach security like I was told—it went to maintenance. After 11 hours of travel, we stood outside with our luggage for 15 minutes while maintenance tracked down security. During our stay we saw 5 cockroaches (3 in our room, 2 in the hallway). The floors were so dirty our feet turned black within minutes. The shower looked filthy, had no inner curtain (the bathroom flooded), and the water constantly swung between freezing and scalding. The hot/cold labels on both the sink and shower were backwards. The bed was uncomfortable, the headboard had a hole punched in it, the A/C was louder than our flight, and our street-facing room had almost no soundproofing. Housekeeping vacuumed the hall at 8:30 AM, and the "secured" after-hours entrance didn't actually lock. You could not pay me to stay here again. Spend the extra money on one of the nearby Marriott hotels instead. Between the included breakfast and a far better experience, it's worth every penny.

Friendly staff room were clean

3 inch cockroach crawling across the bathroom floor. Dirty air vent in bathroom. Bedside lamp not working (eventually repaired next day when I complained twice) TV did not work as there was no batteries in the remote. (Repaired when I complained) Rubber matt outside the side exit door was filthy.

This is one of the most affordable hotels for business travelers attending an event nearby. The surroundings are nothing to brag about, yet I keep coming back here for convenience

Pool could’ve been cleaner. Other than that it was well worth it and it’s also close to the strip.

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Great location.

They wouldn’t let the bother person in my reservation go to the room the first night so he had to stay elsewhere despite the fact I confirmed he was on it. The first room I was given didn’t have a locking door. The second room had roaches. Our neighbor’s room also had roaches. When I went to go to my car the next day my car was towed because I wasn’t given a parking pass when I checked in and they didn’t attempt to inform me it was at risk. This is a budget hotel for sure, but this experience was beyond even my lowest expectation.

Close to the convention for what my party was there for! Perfect walking distance for near by restaurants.

The room is clean, the bed is fine, and the plumbing works. There’s a kitchenette with a fridge, micro, sink, and a single-serve coffee machine. They provide the coffee packs. WiFi is free, but a bit slow. There is no fitness room here either. They do have laundry facilities if you need them.

I just needed to sleep and shower so this room was inexpensive and perfectly located

Not too bad. Great location for a show at the convention center. Was a clean room. A little outdated but clean and economically priced. Close to the strip too.
