Room was very conveniently close to the Convention Center. Very strong mildew/smoke smell, but staff looked into it and mostly fixed it by the following day. Bathroom cleanliness could have been better- hair in shower and sink was super-gross. Empty mini-fridge was convenient. Door electronic key was problematic, but worked with 3-5 tries each time. Room was quiet. Bring your dirty towels up to the front desk if you want them to give you more towels. Hotel rear door just left unlocked at night.

Location close to the convention center. Rude staff, hotel room was not all the way ready, staff complaint about towels! Sitting of a roach in the closet.

The only problems for me were: There are no elevators so I had to get help from staff to get my heavy luggage up and down the stairs to get them to and from my room. If you get there after hours, you have to call their after hours number, leave a message letting them know you’re there, and then wait anywhere from 10+ minutes for someone to come and unlock the door for you. Being a woman and having arrived alone around midnight made that kind of scary. Aside from that, my stay there was good and I enjoyed myself.

The Property Didn’t Have an Elevator! I had to Struggle to Carry 3 Suitcases upstairs to the 2nd Floor! My TV was Not Working! I called the Support Center, & they tried to Help, but they were unable to help solve the Problem!!

There were water bug roaches and crickets in our room and no ice machine! Meds were half way done. But it was convenient as far as walking to the convention center.
