Checking in was a mess as the person didn't seem to know what they were doing. I was not recognized for my status, offer my $25 room credit or upgrade. The rooms are nice the property itself is well kept.

What a wonderful hotel. We stayed at the Conrad well because my name is Conrad. It's a very fun place and really you don't need to leave the hotel. Everything is right there.

The lobby was beautiful and checkin was easy and efficient. The front desk was nice and professional. Rooms were clean and a good size. The food court downstairs has many options and the location is nice because there's a Walgreens across the street for any necessities. Would come back to stay at the Conrad.

Had to switch rooms because it was dirty. Had issues with getting the Conrad Hilton points for the purchase. And the pool areas wanted kids to just walk around or swim: no jumping or no pool toys allowed- which is ridiculous to not even have pool toys.

The property offered incredible value and amazing services across various venues compared to other luxury properties. The only downside was the long wait for checking in. We would definitely consider coming back to the Resort World later.
