Request a room away from the elevators, could hear it going up and down all night. If we didn’t have a white noise machine it would have been awful

Overall stay was great, I just noticed there was big stain on the carpet that was pretty noticeable. And there were No robes, that's one of my favorite things to use when I get a hotel. Besides that's everything was great.

Very nice room. It was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast credit was a nice touch. We had good food every morning. Nice casino & spacious pools.

Everything was excellent very clean. The staff were amazing. I would 100% recommend my family and friends to book at this hotel. This hotel will be my go to when I’m at Vegas

The rooms were mediocre, especially for a Hilton property. We are Titanium Elite members with Marriott and mentioned that when asking about an upgrade, hoping Hilton might see an opportunity to earn our future business. Unfortunately, the “upgrade” we received was underwhelming and didn’t feel like much of an upgrade at all. To their credit, they did comp some of our meals due to the lack of service we experienced, which we appreciated. However, between the mediocre room, limited service, and overall atmosphere, the experience simply didn’t live up to what we expected from the Hilton brand. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it also didn’t give us any reason to choose this property—or Hilton—over Marriott in the future.

The shower was very bad . Very weak pressure and the water for shower wasn’t properly warm. The beds was soft. It’s not 5 stars hotel. No water bottles for room. We should buy our daily water
