Beautiful hotel

The room we checked into was supposedly "ready," but it looked like housekeeping had declared victory before actually cleaning it. The towels had clearly been used, folded neatly back into place as if origami magically makes them clean. The bed sheets were covered in stains that definitely weren't part of the décor. We called housekeeping immediately, left the room for four hours to give them plenty of time, and came back to... absolutely nothing. The room hadn't been touched. After calling again, instead of cleaning it, they simply moved us to another room. Plot twist: the sequel was just as bad. Another "freshly folded" dirty towel and another request for clean ones. This is nowhere near a 5-star hotel. It's more like a 5-star lesson in lowering expectations. The only reason this review isn't one star is because the staff—especially the managers—were genuinely professional, attentive, and handled an endless parade of frustrated guests with patience and grace. They deserve raises for keeping their sanity while apologizing for problems they didn't create. Would I come back? Absolutely not. The managers deserve raises, and whoever is in charge of housekeeping and room maintenance needs to be fired. A luxury hotel can't survive on great customer service alone when the rooms are fighting against it.

Enjoyed our stay. We ended up getting an ADA room that I didn’t want. The room was nice but because of the ADA, the shower water was all over the floor and we had to wipe the floor after every time we used it. Also the bathroom did not have any drawers to put stuff in and the counter top was not that big.

1- previous guest underwear found on bedroom floor after checking in. Took two different phone calls to have someone come and pick it up. Although I was provided with an appeasement credit in the form of a food and beverage credit. I simply don’t trust the cleanliness of the hotel. 2-terrible communication in pool area. Trying to use the pool was a disaster. In the end, they wanted $450-$600 to reserve seating in the adult area. I was not offered towels or provide any type of guidance us to how to obtain service services. 3-room service is not as advertised. Typically there’s a menu you select an item on your TV or call the front desk. There was a circuitous process that ended up being a DoorDash or similar delivery service, but was advertised as room service. It took so much effort that I simply gave up. Positive: the room was nice and the view was as expected. Summary: With other choices being available to consumers in Las Vegas, this was a very underwhelming experience and I would not return or recommend the hotel.

Lots of food choices, big screens, nice to watch Sports. Pool - needs improvement. Most of the chairs are either RESERVE or Cabana. No place to sit or for the hotel guests to use unless you pay extra. They ran promotions but don't explain the details really well.

The check in was slow. They did not honor any of my Expedia perks. The concierge desk was not inviting for questions. Zoox was not available at all during my stay. The app was not helpful either.
