Loved the pool music and wait staff

It was a nice property but not what I expected.

I booked this room for my friends and they love their stay here. They enjoy the amenities and the room is big. And they got upgraded upon checked in

Amanda welcomed as we were walking towards the desk. She was most cheerful and answered all of our questions. She could see that we appeared to be lost and confused! She made sure that we would make the most of our stay.

Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful. Casino, restaurants and clothing stores are great!

As for the room, it was very lackluster. The view of the strip we got was decent but you couldn’t really see anything since the windows were so dirty from apparently not being cleaned in quite some time. The Mojave ghost lotion was very watery (this could be a Byredo thing) but it definitely doesn’t have the same consistency I’m used to for this lotion. The mini fridge for guests also did not get cold so your food or had to get tossed out and you could get ice to actually have a refreshing cold drink. Vegas has definitely changed but moreover the accommodations at Resorts World seem a bit off and not as satisfactory especially considering the cost to stay here now. With price increases or changes, the service and accommodations should be elevated and it simply is not. I will opt to stay at a different hotel in the future and hope for a better experience.
