Pool Towels are not good. Bring your own beach towels. Daily room cleaning is hit and miss.

There is a 4 PM check in. We arrived at the property at 6 PM, waited in line for an hour only to be told the room wasn’t ready. The property is nice and I did like the room, but I was told I would have a food credit that I never received. I tried to order food from the bar at the pool (they do have menus) only to be told the wait would be an hour and a half so we went next-door with the same menu ordered the food and it was on the table in 15 minutes. They have limits to spend at the bar I went to on the 66th floor but for me it’s a hard to spend $150 per person on alcohol and appetizers. I spent $360 including tip on a bill that was $240. I checked out a day early and when I called they tried to bill me $90 for an early checkout. I tried to park my car out front so I could run to the room and grab my luggage. I had every intention on tipping the valet, but he threatened to have my vehicle towed. I have lived in Las Vegas for 26 years and I have done several “staycations“ over the years, but this facility seems to have a lot of employees and not many who thrive on Customer Service. If you stay here, good luck I hope you have a better experience I did.

The check-in process could have been more efficient. There was a long line at check-in, and some staff members appeared to be working quite slowly. Additionally, the self-service check-in kiosks were experiencing issues for both me and several other guests, making them essentially nonfunctional. The room overall was great, except for one of the walls had chipped paint.
-
Loved it until our second day, our floor smelled like weed the whole time.
-
We had to change room because the smell of paint was so bad we could taste it and immediately had a headache from the fumes
-
I was also disappointed with the housekeeping service. Rather than properly cleaning the room, housekeeping appeared to simply make the bed in a rushed manner while leaving the rest of the room largely untouched. For a hotel charging premium rates, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and attention to detail.
