Great stay, the weather was unbelievable

Only 2 days parked and be charged 4 days!!! What the !!!!!!

Poor customer service with the front desk and reservations team. We were given a room where bathroom floor flooded every time you took a shower. Poorly designed bathroom for handicap room which we never asked for in the first place. When we requested to have a room change, they kept stalling us and kept making broken promises. We never received a call from the manager as promised. Staff seemed to know about the flooding issues as it was a common occurrence. However no solution has been made other than to use DOUBLE SIDED TAPE. Also they cleaned up the flooding in our bathroom with GUEST TOWELS, not a proper mop. Do not recommend the Conrad or the Hilton at Resorts World in Las Vegas.

The hotel is great. Room was very clean and lots of pools to use. Check in staff was very nice, quick and helpful.

We had a fantastic visit there

Pools were amazing! Could have stayed there all day. Wish there were more late night food options but overall a great stay!

The hotel location is very good. Close to RTC bus service which will take you south and north of the strip. The staff are friendly and the hotel is exceptionally clean and well air conditioned.

This was my first trip that was personal in about 10 months. Resorts World in Las Vegas was incredible. It was literally a One-Stop shop, and with the 115 degree weather, it was the perfect spot. Front desk staff was friendly, as well as everyone throughout the resort from the pool, bars, restaurants I would absolutely stay here again. Also must mention the rooms ( I stayed in The Hilton portion)were spectacular and spacious enough and clean!. Look forward to coming back again!

I did not think a Hilton would be this nice. The gym was beautiful, rooms are clean and the restaurants on the property are delicious. I would come back here anytime.

Check in and checkout was very long

The pool area was one of the highlights—clean, well-maintained, and a great place to unwind. The entire property felt upscale, and there were plenty of dining options and things to do without ever leaving the resort. The staff was friendly and professional, and check-in was quick and easy. If you’re looking for a modern, clean, and comfortable hotel on the Strip, I definitely recommend the Conrad at Resorts World. I’ll be staying here again on my next trip to Las Vegas.

Not a lot of breakfast options. But a good property overall. My family enjoyed our stay. Would stay again

Awesome hotel great pool awesome food

Very nice place

The only offer one towel at the pool per guest. Which is stupid because you pay resort fees and it’s 45C outside. Complained to the manger and she was too busy for us. They did take one resort fee off. But this was everyday at the pool and we felt they could have done better.

Everything was excellent and except for checkin process. Room wasn’t ready, tried upgrading me to a room that was ready for extra cost when I declined 10 minutes later after checking luggage with bell hop room is all of a sudden available. Complained when getting my room key, person said sorry and that was it. Overall good resort with great staff at Juniors for breakfast. Over 21 Infinity pool was excellent.
