It’s clean and nice The room is big and the view is incredible Everything went wrong from the check in I ordered 2 rooms including breakfast and paid extra for this, however during check in procedure the staff told me that the breakfast is limited for 33$ per person that can also be used also at different stores in the hotel. However during checkout it turned out to be incorrect. Breakfast at Junior restaurant was ok. But one morning it was such a long queue so we waited more than 30 minutes and went to another one. In another one they charge you 11$ just for orange juice. So what can you afford for 33$??? Also they provide you hamburgers for breakfast….. When I tried to order anything at swimming pool area the staff wanted me to present physical passport not a copy. Why should I got to swimming pool with passport? Hotel located on strip but it far away from all main attractions so you need to order taxis But the final one occurred during checkout procedure. I had a lot of luggage so I wanted to manage it myself with baggage trolley. But I was informed that I can not use it myself and I have to order service. I waited for someone to come with the baggage trolley for more than 40 minutes!!!!! No excuses, just nothing from the reception. Also they tried to charge me extra for using mini bar which I didn’t touch at all…. Just unbelievable how such luxurious hotel has such a bad and disappointing service Never again Do not book this hotel It doesn’t worthy You can get much better for lower price on the strip

Booked a standard superior room but was given an accessible room instead without notice in advance.

Our room was beautiful, comfortable, and always kept exceptionally clean\. The bed was made each day, and the housekeeping team did an outstanding job throughout our stay\. They were helpful, attentive, and truly made us feel well taken care of\. The excellent service and attention to detail made our experience very special\. We would definitely stay at Crockfords again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and welcoming hotel experience in Las Vegas\.

West tower privacy elevators, turn down service complimentary breakfast refreshments

The rideshare pickup location here is the major issue. You have to walk around the outside perimeter of the building in 100 plus degree heat to get into your Uber. They have multiple pickup and drop off areas that are completely empty that are much more accessible yet they force you to the worst possible lot for your Uber pickup. This is something that would be so easy to fixed but they've gone out of their way to make it as

The location is great, and compared to many other Vegas hotels, this one doesn’t feel sleazy as many other hotels. The customer service across the board is literally bellow the expectations. It started from the first night, after a long journey of 18 hours I realized during the night that the hotel elevator makes a noise of a spaceship during takeoff. It happens every time that it passes through the floor. I survived the first terrible night and asked in the morning to switch a room. The receptionist said that they are aware of this noise problem and agreed to switch my room to another one in the afternoon. I left my stuff at the reception and came back in the evening in order to receive my new room, knowing the new room is ready since I received a confirmation email. Unfortunately, the receptionist said that the new room is in fact the same room that I as the previous night and that she doesn’t have any other room to offer me. I insisted to change a room due to the terrible noise problem. After long wait the manager of the reception agreed to change my room to a one which is not next to the noisy elevator. While the room was just fine and the noise wasn’t heard that much as in the previous room, I wasn’t lucky enough since after the first use the toilets got clogged. It took some time to the housekeeping to come over and fix the problem you wouldn’t expect from a high end and relatively new property. It is fair to mention that the hotel tried to make peace with me by top up my credits which I never used. Anyway, my experience didn’t end here. After the stay and only just until now (a few days after my trip) I was chasing the hotel in order to receive what I should receive by law: an invoice for my stay. I contacted the hotel at least 5 times through booking.com and directly and they simply refused sending me an invoice, claiming I should get it from booking. At the 6th or 7th attempt they finally accepted my request and sent me an invoice for the two rooms in my order. Bottom line: it could be a much better stay if the staff was more service oriented.

Front desk, from the moment we arrived... the lady was a power trip and so hospitable. She acts like those people that work at YMCA. She was truly an unhappy human being. She does not belong in a 5 star resort ambiance.
