Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

We booked the Wynn Encore and to our surprise at checkin the booking defaulted our reservation to the Wynn. We explained that we intentionally booked the Encore and then was given Room E518 at the Encore. The room was nice and clean and the bed was horrible and clearly an old mattress which led to a bad night sleep for each of us. The Wynn Encore needs to do better....We've been staying there over the years and left disappointed.

Room had an Alexa, which was a nice feature. Staff was very helpful and professional, able to locate a meeting room I needed to get to accurately because they had a printout of the days meetings.

This is the best Hotel I’ve ever stayed at and I travel all around the world. The view is incredible. Awesome experience overall.

i must have gotten some kind of a deal when i booked through expedia, because the VALUE i got for the price i paid was utterly insane. i was placed into a *gorgeous* king size room with a stunning view that had a separate sitting area, huge super comfy soft bed, and massive bathroom with shower and separate soaking tub. EVERY single staff member i encountered from check in to check out was over the top friendly, and i felt like my patronage of this hotel was incredibly valuable. i never write reviews, but i was just so blown away with the level of customer service and value for my dollar that i had to write a review. i was even a little confused about the damn resort fee, which i ended up discovering was my own fault for not scrolling down far enough in the confirmation email, yet the manager who was checking me out straight *waived* the fee for me. unbelievable. the next time i go back to vegas, i'm going to check the prices at the Wynn Encore FIRST because it's so very nice to be treated SO WELL!

Unbelievable stay, the staff was very helpful. Everything was top-notch from the amenities to the food. Literally felt like I had anything available to me when I wanted it how I wanted it. If I ever stay in the Vegas trip again, it will only be with the Wynn going forward.
