Encore at Wynn Las Vegas

As an unexpected bonus, we were also able to watch the July 4th fireworks from our room. Having both the Sphere and the fireworks without leaving the room made our stay truly unforgettable. The staff was friendly and professional, and everything from check-in to check-out was smooth. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Las Vegas. Thank you for making our trip so special.

Super clean everywhere we were!!

Was disappointed that although 4th of July was coming up there was 0 Americana happening at all. No flags, No red white or blue. NOTHING. Considering that the property is in the USA & has benefitted tremendously by being in the greatest country in the world - I thought it was quite disrespectful not to have any patriotism on display. Sad.

over $300, and the room was only $400 per night. Our only gripe is the Encore and Wynn seemed a little more smokey than other properties. Overall great stay though!

Booking via Expedia caused an issue with my room as they sold a Wynn room within the Encore by Wynn page - quite misleading! Encore also didn’t recognise the room included breakfast and a beverage credit and I had to argue at checkout. Quite a lot of unpleasant friction that could be avoided.

The front desk staff appeared inadequately trained. Despite verifying my checkout information in advance, my account was still closed incorrectly, even with a supervisor involved. I was overcharged for services that were never provided, and the staff was unable to resolve the error before my departure. Instead, I was given a form to submit for a possible reimbursement after the fact. If you're considering renting a poolside cabana, I would recommend against it. The service and level of attention simply do not justify the $1,200 price. In my experience, guests seated under the standard pool umbrellas received more attentive service than those in the cabanas. Another factor that would have steered me to another resort is the limited pool hours. Pools close at 6 or 7 pm depending on the pool. Our room offered a beautiful view of the city from the 60th floor. The room itself was clean, and the beds were very comfortable. One downside was the nightly music from the XS nightclub below, which continued until around 3:00 a.m. If you're a light sleeper, this is something to keep in mind when requesting a room. On a positive note, security was excellent. Room keys were checked and scanned before guests were allowed access to the guest floors, which made us feel safe throughout our stay.

The room I was in (a resort tower king) was very spacious and well kept. The bathroom was huge with a walk in shower, a full 2 person bathtub and 2 sinks. All of the lights, drapes, and TV can be controlled by an iPad type device that's in the room, any of buttons on the walls, or even easier, the Alexa device in the room that's connected to everything! That was an awesome feature. The Wynn has many restaurants choices for both casual to fine dining as well as one of the most spectacular buffet's for breakfast, lunch and dinner that I've ever seen in Vegas. There are a ton of shopping options as well and the best part is it's connected to the Encore so you have all of those dining, shopping and gaming options as well all under one roof. Also, hotel guest that have a car can enjoy free parking in the massive covered garage during their stay. On my next trip to Las Vegas I will definitely be returning to the Wynn.
