The Palazzo is in a great location to the Fashion Show Mall and many great restaurants and shops are right inside the Palazzo and Venetian hotels. The pool areas of both hotels were very nice. There's so much to do, a person would never need to leave the property if they didn't want to. Our favorite restaurants inside the Palazzo were the Canyon Ranch for breakfast, Capri for a poolside lunch, Lavo for an Italian meal and Smith and Wolensky for a perfectly grilled steak. The shops nearby are fabulous with everything from Coach to Tory Burch to Skechers. My sister and I had some wonderful girl time and would highly recommend.

The stay was amazing. I wanted to stay in the hotel more than I wanted to go out!! Absolutely beautiful and the restaurants were so good! 100/10 recommend!!

Very clean and good room. Coffee shops and eateries were great! My only complaint is that they allow the women in their thong bikinis with a see through, thin cover up into the food court area. I thought that was very unpleasant to see when you are eating food!

Amazing spacious suites, Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was clean and beds were very comfy. Pool was cold so it wasn't really nice to hang in it. Prices at the pool were a bit on the higher end imo.

This is a beautiful hotel! Our room was spacious and full of those little details that make it feel luxurious. The Spa was amazing, by far the most amenities I have ever enjoyed at a day spa. My massage was wonderful and I really enjoyed the steam rooms, the sauna and the Igloo room! Small details like chilled washcloths and eucalyptus shower spray made me feel pampered all day.

We had a fantastic time at The Palazzo and wouldn't hesitate to book here again. The suites are easily the highlight. The sunken living room layout gives you a ton of space to unwind, unpack, and relax without feeling cramped which is a huge upgrade compared to standard rooms on the Strip. Everything was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Convenience is another major perk. Moving between the room, casino floor, Grand Canal Shoppes, and incredible dining was completely seamless. You get access to everything across both The Palazzo and The Venetian without endless, confusing detours. Aside from one hiccup, the service was exceptional. Front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant staff were genuinely welcoming and down-to-earth; interactions felt natural rather than rehearsed or scripted. The only downside was a craps "boss" who acted like a tool because I didn't know all the proper table lingo and unwritten rules right away. Instead of being welcoming or offering guidance, the attitude was so condescending that I walked away, and didn't bother returning to that pit. That one person aside, the overall experience was top-notch. For spacious suites, great amenities, and effortless convenience, The Palazzo is hard to beat. Highly recommended!

Staff were super nice everywhere, the hotel is huge and a lot more than what is needed.. the room is huge and feels like apartment. Crossing the casino every time from the rooms side to the strip side (long walk)
