Overall great experience.
-
Booked through Expedia and was charged lots of money in extra fees upon leaving the hotel. Very frustrating.
-
Great view and really spacious rooms!
-
Overall the experience was great. We were a little disappointed with cleanliness of the room with food scraps on the floor and the bathroom not fully cleaned. Expedia issue caused us to lose time at check in and the ride share area is chaos (although likely similar elsewhere).
-
Great location. Since it was 112 degrees outside, I didn’t have to leave the area since everything was indoors including the walk to the sphere.

The property is absolutely beautiful in the room on the 40 floor was amazing. The only hitch was trying to get hot water to the room to make our own coffee. It cost $47 to get a kettle. The hotel location was wonderful.
-
Hotel was great We had a large, very clean room with a sitting area and two queen size beds and a large very nicely decorated bathroom. Staff was lovely and helpful. A lot of great restaurants, shopping, and just fun to walk around. We did a lot of starbucks. Very convenient and quick.

Checking in when driving in from out of town was a horrendously bad experience. Their parking was not clearly marked, and we had to make a bonsai turn at the last second. We checked in, and the clerk didn't mention anything about parking (linking parking to our room). When we tried to get a cart for our luggage, they don't allow that. You have to bring you luggage to Guest Services, where they will check it in, store it there, and bring it to your room later...and they will not give you a cart to bring it in from the far corner of the parking garage. ...or, you can bring it around to another (not-clearly-marked) location to drop it off. We opted to drop it off, and it was a huge hassle regarding the parking (and then we learned about the problems of not having the parking linked to our room upon check-in). So, we finally get out of the parking garage to drop off our luggage without extra parking fees, and we pull up to the drop off location in front of the hotel...but that's just for limos and Ubers. Luggage drop off is somewhere in the parking garage. Again, extremely poor expectation setting and lack of signage. The drop-off people did take our luggage, we finally parked, and went to our room. At this point, it's around 8 PM, my family of four had been driving for 10+ hours, and we were all really tired and wanted to each. However, you must have someone in your room to receive the luggage when it arrives. So, we waited....until well after 9:30 PM. Checkout also bad!

Large Las Vegas hotels are a unique challenge. The resort fee here of $62 a night is exorbitant and be careful of anything in your refrigerator because even the small water with their hotel name on it, free at every hotel we have ever stayed at, is $13 each. I can’t call that anything else but a scam where Evian and hotel water are both charged the same. Something wrong there.
