Treasure Island TI Las Vegas - Handwritten Collection

We had a fantastic stay at your hotel. One of the best things was the free parking. Everywhere we went it was at least $25 to park. Our room was very spacious and cleaned well every day. It really felt like home during our stay.

Self check in kiosk was a total disaster. Terrible user interface and doesn't sync with Expedia.

Don’t stay here if you want anything nice at all, filthy - air conditioning vents covered is muck, 2 days in my throat was sore, when I complained they did nothing to rectify it just offered me a late check out m. In my experience this is a stay away from unless you’re looking for cheap

Always nice here and convenient!

Room was ok, there was hair in the bathtub. On the second day of my stay the elevator to the entire hotel was out for over 30 min so everyone had to wait to go to their floors. Nobody from the hotel even apologized. Overall terrible hotel.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the hotel was clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a great experience!

Treasure Island is, well, a Treasure. The rooms punch way beyond the value pricing, and are a terrific surprise given the absolutely perfect location of the hotel on the Strip. The only negative I have is that the entire lobby/casino level smells of cigarette smoke - to me it was VERY noticeable; but that won't prevent me from a return visit. Also - and this is a HUGE plus - parking at the hotel is still FREE!

Very convenient location for expo and shopping, rooms are a little dated but always clean, staff are friendly and helpful, wide variety of food options

The wifi was 11.95 a day per device the pool was closed for a good part of the stay I asked for a room that face strip side. The girl at the front desk was lest then pleasant and told me it would cost me an extra fee per night. Got my room the first time and there was no picture on the wall. The screws were hanging out it snagged my shirt. Had to go down and see the manager at the front desk to get a replacement room. The replacement room was nice the fridge door was broken. I’ve stayed there four times and I think it’ll be my last.

The check in process was terrible and kinda soured us on the hotel from the beginning. We were in line for over an hour just waiting to check in. There are kiosks to check-in, but it didn’t work for a lot of people (including us). The rest of the stay was uneventful. Good location, felt safe, very walkable.

The hotel is conveniently located on the Strip and the free parking is definitely appreciated. We had to wait more than 45 minutes to check in after a 20-hour journey from Europe, which was quite disappointing. There were only two staff members at the front desk. The furniture in the room is a little dated and the bathroom could definitely use an upgrade.

Room was not clean. Very low water pressure.

Room was clean, amenities were fine. Easy to walk and get around the strip. Had a 24 hour CVS attached to the hotel that was very convenient.
