Palazzo is a nice hotel. NEVER book through suiteness or booking.com unless you want to spend your entire vacation fixing their mistakes and in the end being out money. Long story short, suiteness wouldn't stand behind that and claimed we should have somehow known. TERRIBLE experience. We were out $1100 becuase we had to book another room at the hotel due to their error and they wouldn't refund the money.

Location When we check this Staff did not explained everything When we asked questions his impression was rude We are not made aware about the hotel reservations fee and connecting fee at the straight They it was explained that we need the your card details and all money will be refunded When we checkout they charged us the connecting fee It was not good experience We had to wait for 45 min to get the dental kit

Exceptional property! Easy to navigate through, very clean, and has a luxury feel! The front desk didn’t explain there was a limit on towels. Advised each room is only given two towels per visit. They gave us grief about requesting for more towels. That and the fact one of our rooms was delayed over 2 hours prior to check in time.
