The best hotel on the strip. Great rooms!

Good

My only complaint was dining at the hotel. The restaurants were extremely crowded, with long lines and wait times, which was frustrating for someone like me who does not have much patience for waiting. Other than that, the hotel is beautiful and the service was very good.
-
My only issue was the pool closing at 6pm. We pay good money to stay there. So to not be able to enjoy the pool was not fun.

Excellent stay all around would most definitely stay again

What can I can I say, It's the Encore/Wynn experience. The Day club can be loud in the evening hours but again, it's Vegas! We're repeat visitors at this property and will continue.

Very great

We loved the whole vibe! So much fun! The buffet was divine. We loved the breakfast buffet make sure you book in advance as the line can be 1-2 hours long. The sphere was so close we watched the No Doubt concert it was very good.

Staff, from housekeepers to cashiers to casino to pool workers and all staff…outstanding

We booked the Breakfast Buffet with our room however upon check in or in our letter we were not told to book in advance. We waited over an hour in line one day and 30 mins another. It was a fantastic buffet but we chose not to go the other days we were there due to the lineups and there were no bookings before the lunch buffet started left. We don’t remember the lineups being so bad and yes it was a holiday but we always come on American holidays. The gym and pool were fantastic. We used to stay there all of the time but haven’t come in the last few years and it was just different for some reason.

The Wynn is a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and wonderful rooms. The rooms were clean, and cleaned regularly. The halls and communal areas were always being looked after. The staff was so helpful and willing to accommodate as best as they could for the issues that arose. The hotel is very expensive to eat and drink in. The Wynn buffet, while included in our selected stay (paid extra for this) we could NEVER use as the line was always more than 2 hours along to wait and no one from the hotel informed us that we needed to book a reservation a month in advance even as a guest of the hotel. This was very frustrating and completely changed the expectations for the trip as we no longer could rely on the meals we already paid for. My advice to anyone staying at the Wynn is do not get the included cost for the buffet breakfast. Instead, make a reservation and pay for the day you hope to go so you do not lose out like we did.

Excellent, I recommend it.

Everything was absolutely spotless, from the rooms to the casino and every common area. The service was exceptional, and every staff member we encountered was genuinely warm, welcoming, and eager to help. You can tell they truly care about creating a memorable experience. We loved how convenient everything was. The shopping, incredible restaurants, beautiful pool, and lively casino were all just steps away, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment without ever feeling like we needed to go anywhere else. The Wynn Buffet was one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The crab legs were fresh, the steak was cooked perfectly, and the sushi was outstanding. There was such a huge variety of high-quality food that everyone could find something to love. The pool was absolutely beautiful and felt like a luxury oasis. We also saw Awakening, and it completely blew us away. The production, visuals, music, and performances were unlike anything we’ve ever seen. It was truly one of the highlights of our trip. The Wynn isn’t just a place to stay, it’s a destination in itself. Whether you’re looking to unwind, celebrate, or simply enjoy a luxury getaway, this resort delivers on every level. We can’t wait to come back!
