The bed. The water in the bathroom in the shower and the sink did not get hot, both at night when we arrived around midnight and once again at 10:00 in the morning. The soap dispenser was broken and fell apart. The towels were also tattered and very dingy.

Not worth it bed and room need to be updated the walk to get to the rooms were bad, no shuttle service no ride shares service allowed to drop off/pickup at the back where check-in/out is located. No incentive. The people who gave them 4 or more stars are delusional

Didn’t get the room I booked and paid for. Lobby clerk put us in a different room. Saying the the room I booked wasn’t guaranteed. Even though I paid for newly refurbished king room with refrigerator. I don’t get how it wasn’t guaranteed if it was strictly for the king room. I understand if it was the standard room where it’s a king bed or a double bed depending on what’s available, but I strictly purchased the king newly refurbished room.
