The hotel is very unclean. It’s smelling weed everywhere even in the rooms. It feels very unsafe and not a good stay. It used to be a very good hotel but now it’s just a past. Would never stay here again.
-
This hotel became a homeless encampment. It was horrible. Don’t bring your kids here. Nothing working. They have homeless people and squatters living in the hotel people using drugs in the hallway the properties dirty nothing‘s working no hygiene products in the room everything old.

We went during the week and they don’t do valet or suitcase carts. I get the valet but no carts?! Seriously!? We are a family with 3 young children so we had to carry everything. Also the food options during the week are awful. The fast food options are all gross and old or sold out. The buffet was closed as well. Such a disappointment from a Mother’s standpoint.

We had the absolute best time. The rooms in the skyrise tower are great. We booked two rooms because we have a family of 5. The rooms are clean, spacious, AC great. Only bad thing is half of the elevators were down and getting up and down took a lot of time during high-times, and only one of the waterslides were operational. Still fun and lots of chairs at the pool. Loved the arcade, the discount stores, and the amusement park! They have an area for little kids and it wasn't busy at all on a Sunday night. Loved that PARKING IS FREE and lots of quick food options. We will be returning! Highly recommend. We paid $330 total for 2 rooms, 2 nights, height of summer pricing! Great deal and felt comfortable, safe, easy quick check-in.

-
Staff was very helpful and respectful. Very welcoming. Place was clean.
-
Door between adjoining rooms was broke, outlets were all loose and plugins kept falling out, otherwise the stay was as expected.
-
Elevators are a joke. Took between 15-30 to get an elevator to go to or from our room
-
Very cheap excellent pool area for kids if you have them.
