The rooms are beautiful with daily housekeeping that was consistent and very clean. The pool was also very nice. The LIV beach club was decent. LIV beach club could stand for more variety in the music selection. My favorite part of this hotel was the spa. Chefs kiss! A must go to from here on out when I come to Vegas. I spent the entire day there with everything I needed for relaxation and reset. Overall, this hotel lives up to the hype. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone who will listen.

Fontainebleau was fantastic! Great last Vegas luxury experience. Staff is helpful and easygoing. Restaurants are great! Even the food court is wonderful. Not your typical food court fair. Everything about this place is elevated. Gorgeous resort, with a very cool style. Not to mention the 6 pools with hot tub! Makes for a great relaxing day at the pools. Will stay here again.

When I asked if she could double-check for a higher room since I had requested it in advance, she dismissed it, claiming that because it was the July 4th weekend, no other rooms were available. It is ridiculous that in a 70-floor property, the absolute best they could do was the lowest floor. To make matters worse, throughout my stay, I noticed that everyone else in the elevators was going above floor 10, and almost all the other rooms on the 5th floor were empty and under cleaning. On top of the poor room assignment, the room condition was unacceptable. The bathroom had a strong, unpleasant bleach smell, and there was a dirty straw left on the floor. Fontainebleau really knows how to make a customer feel undervalued.

Property was very nice.

Beautiful, well kept property! Pool is huge, clean and there’s plenty of chairs with umbrellas for shade. Rooms are nice, beds were comfortable, and there’s electric shades! Staff is helpful, friendly and ready to help. Would stay again!

Will be staying here again. The hotel was beautiful.

Beautiful hotel and room but horrible front desk and guest services . Service has really gone down hill here in less than a year . Incompetent front desk do not acknowledge previous notes on account or Expedia hold VIP membership and or benefits . Room upgrade charged even with Expedia gold VIP member , room had blood splatter on bathroom doorframe , multiple spots on sofa , hair in sink and organs stain on hanging towel . Housekeeper apologized said she would personally come back and clean it again at 6pm . They never did. Hotel is beautiful and casino but the service is horrible now.

Great room and hotel , pricey but horrible service . It has gone downhill from last year big time . Front desk extremely incompetent. Manager and housekeepers say one thing and do another .Room had stains all over sofa and blood splatter on bathroom door frame. They refuse to acknowledge Expedia vip status or read any notes on file at the front desk. They charged me a room upgrade even as an Expedia member and then when the room had blood splatter and stains all over carpet , they lie and refuse to refund you . Hotel and property are clean and immaculate but the service is horrible . I got better service at a doubletree last week.

Overall, we had a fantastic stay. The hotel was beautiful, spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly. What really stood out was the exceptional guest service and room service. I needed shampoo, and it was delivered to my room within 10 to 15 minutes. The bell staff were also amazing and always helpful. We arrived at the hotel around 11:00 a.m. and were pleasantly surprised to have our room ready by 11:30 a.m. That level of service truly exceeded my expectations and made a great first impression. The only downsides were that the hotel is a bit far from the Strip, especially if you’re walking back after a night out, and the casino changes its table game minimums very frequently depending on how busy it is. As for the restaurants, Kamoto was disappointing. The appetizers were the only dishes that really had good flavor, while the rest of the meal fell short. The service was decent but nothing memorable. Mother Wolf was another letdown. I had much higher expectations based on the hype. The food was disappointing, and the service was extremely slow. The only highlight was the fresh bread, which was excellent. The restaurants and cafés throughout the hotel are definitely overpriced. We had a simple breakfast with two coffees and two bacon, egg, and cheese bagels, and it came to around $40 USD, which worked out to nearly $70 CAD after the exchange rate. Despite the restaurant experiences, the outstanding customer service

This was my partner and I’s first time traveling to Vegas together. We stayed in a different hotel on our first day and stayed here for 2 nights. The room was very nice. I will say as someone who’s probably middle to lower middle class (if we want to get technical) it was kind of a shell shock. Lots of things are very expensive (even for Vegas) the people staying there will kind of typecast and look at you funny. Which is nothing against the hotel. The hotel was a little hard to navigate and rooms are pretty far away from the guest elevators. If you’re the type to want to mostly stay in this is a good hotel. Lots of food and shopping on site, gourmet restaurants, pools, huge gym, and a day and nightclub. Very comfortable and technology filled rooms, enjoyed the shower, comfy beds. We could definitely hear out neighbors sometimes from the room but nothing other hotels wouldn’t have. Sometimes there’s a decent wait to fit in the elevator bc there’s only one for our area. If you want to see the city definitely upgrade to a room with a view! All around great hotel. Personally, just felt a little out of place.

Great service! Loved everything about it. Only thing I wish the pool was open longer.
